"Today, I had the pleasure of of speaking to Efrain from customer service at Newegg. I had purchased an item and the warranty. It so happened I didn't need the item but it said no returns. So, I called to get my refund on the warranty. After speaking with Efrain, he is refunding me the warranty and item. Great customer service at Newegg and thank you Efrain."

Excellent customer service turn-around

"I had a horrible experience purchasing a phone from a third-party vendor on NewEgg. This third party's customer service was absolutely horrid and I had to take time out of my work week to contact them and was frequently treated like I was taking up their "valuable time" in trying to remedy the fact I had been sold a defective phone. So after several good-faith contacts with this seller, I circumvented them and called NewEgg's customer service directly. I spoke with Marcelino in customer service and, oh my goodness, what a night-and-day experience! I was actively listened to, respected, and given options instead of just pushed into one option that hardly benefited me. Within minutes after talking with Marcelino, I was sent two confirmation emails about our conversation when multiple contacts with the previous vendor got me no such follow-ups. He also assured me that they (NewEgg) would take care of all the financials and follow-ups pertaining to the vendor's less than mediocre customer service so I wouldn't have to deal with that aggravation again. I would just like to thank Marcelino and NewEgg for standing by their customers; this is why they are so trusted for technology in my family."

"I was so frustrated because I could not get the Printer/Drive to download when David Ho came to my rescue.
He was very patient with me very professional, one of the Best customer service people I have ever had to help me with a problem.
Thank you, David, for walking me through the process, I did get it downloaded and was able to print.
There are no words to tell you how important this was for me. I spent yesterday and part of today trying to figure out how and once I saw things pop up I remember doing that before. Thanks again, as a business woman you are the kind of employee an employer values,

Good, then Bad, then Good.

"I purchased 2 monitors and a ABS BAttlebox console. 1 monitor was completely cracked and the console wouldn't even power up. I am sure NewEgg wouldnt purposely send damaged goods, so although it is annoying I can't necessarily put the onus on them. What I can blame them for is their speedy and courteous response in getting me an RMA and return label. Marcus as well as Douglass both were a great help, and were very kind. "

Newegg team was extremely kind and helpful (GPU Return/Refund)

"I made the mistake of ordering a GPU that was not vsync compatible and it should have been nonrefundable. However, I talked with a lady in charge of returns/refunds and she was the nicest lady I ever had the pleasure of talking with. She helped me return my original GPU for no shipping cost and a full refund. I was able to get another GPU (Sapphire Rx580 8gb) and I love it. It works like a dream and it matches the aesthetic of my case perfectly. And it was all thanks to her. Please promote her.

"I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Marcelino to work out a return on a purchase that just did not work for me. He was very friendly and accommodating; I could not ask for better customer service. NewEgg has done a wonderful job of assembling a group of pleasant problem solvers on their team. I opted to accept store credit as opposed to cash because I was compelled to do business with them based on this smooth interaction. Looking forward to making more purchases down the line. "

Very Pleasant Experience

"I have personally dealt with Newegg for the first time today. My son, who is the computer Guru, has always taken care of ordering from Newegg and built my equipment that I use on a daily basis. My experience with Dani today was a very courteous and professional, and was actually enjoying. They were out of the laptop I wanted but Dani found it from another vendor for me; THAT is customer service with a smile. All the equipment that I have in my retail store has come from Newegg at one time or another and every computer has been without trouble; just wearing out which is normal."
