The Customer Service Agent I dealt with was extremely kind and only left me on hold for 2 minutes at a time before checking in on me to let me know that they were working on my request. Your professionalism should be a model for other companies to run their own customer service. "

PROS:
- Great website
- Excellent customer support staff
- Orders enter the shipping process and leave the warehouse FAST
- Relevant search results
- Lots of pictures of the products
- Lots of information for the products (unlike Amazon which is very hit-or-miss)
- Reviews for that specific product (unlike Amazon at times having reviews showing for the wrong product)
- Usually easy to get free shipping on items

CONS:
- Their prices aren't always the best - would like a price match offer
- the Marketplace can be interesting at times as a customer - not as consistent in listing quality
- Returns policy can be confusing
- Return shipping usually handled by the customer unless authorized a free shipping label (for Canada, return shipping costs can be a deal breaker for buying from an online store - so expensive)"
