New Egg provided a shipping label and in 2 weeks I got a new machine, the new machine works like a champ but the box and packing was damaged in shipment and it didnt come with a mouse.
After contacting new egg again about the mouse they gave me a choice of any mouse I wanted and now I am the happy owner of the ugliest mouse available.
Customer service is excellent and very responsive but their shipping and quality control could use some work."

I dropped that off over 24 hours ago but they still have not shipped my replacement. I've made 2 phone calls already regarding this issue and the customer service reps have not been helpful. "I had sent an RMA for refund back in April and notice just the other day I never received my months later. Called customer service and talked with Drew. He handled everthing for me and the next day received an email saying my refund was approved and would receive full credit within 48 hours.
Outstanding customer service. This is why I've been with Newegg since 2003.
