"I would just like to say that I've been a long time news gg supporter. I love the amount of info provided for the items and insightful reviews by the community. The deals are great and the customer service is sublime. I had an inquiry about an order i had and Armam was the one to help me. He was extremely helpful and not only made me feel like a valued customer but also threw in a few puns (not as good as mine though)[but no one's is]). While price and speed are always important to me, i love companies that make an extra effort to make you feel valued and make it easy to get help.
I am forever a loyal customer. Thank you newegg and thank you Arman. You should get a raise or something, and that's no yolk.

The third time was a charm

"I had an order that I paid for overnight shipping as a Premier member. I checked this morning, expecting to see the tracking info, to find it was not even shipped. The two chat sessions did not yield any additional information, nor did they make me feel as though the rep was doing more than reading off a screen. I called in and was connected with Chad S. What a wonderful change. He listened, helped me understand what was happening with the order and the shipping process, and insured that I will get the part NBD - tomorrow. He was courteous, knowledgeable, proactive, and an exemplary representative of Newegg. Instead of being angry and feeling brushed off, I now feel listened to and feel that Newegg is interested in my business. Great job, Chad!"

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH PHONE SUPPORT! Thanks Again NATHAN R. MATA For Your Exceptional Customer Service!!!

"I was super nervous going into this call to Newegg customer service. I had an item that had been lost in shipping and was referred to Newegg customer service through the "Ontrac" customer service representative. It was a Saturday in mid afternoon and I was connected to a Newegg Customer Service Representative Super Quick (Thanks Again Nathan R. Mata for your thorough information and patience while i explained the situation, If only all customer service agents were as efficient, friendly, informative and as professional as you!) I was greeted by the agent in a very friendly and professional manner. He listened to what the situation was and did not interrupt me once as most agents ive dealt with throughout the years through different companies love to talk in front of me or interrupt me while I am trying to explain to them the subject at hand. As soon as I was finished explaining my situation about the lost item via shipping he was quick to **** me in the options i had available to me and as well as explain to me that there should be no issues and to not worry. I felt a HUGE weight off my shoulders once he started explaining everything. I was VERY IMPRESSED with how Quick, Professional, Helpful and Kind Nathan R. Mata was and cannot THANK him enough as well as Newegg for understanding the dilemma and coming up with a quick, safe and efficient resolution to my issue at hand with the item i had ordered. He even went the EXTRA Mile to make sure the same problem from the shipping carrier did not happen again! With that said I am VERY IMPRESSED with Neweggs Phone Line Customer Service and will be using there Phone Line Customer Service for any future questions or issues I may have with orders from here on out. I have used Newegg's "Online Chat" Customer Service and have had hit or miss experiences with there Online Chat Help and Online Customer Service Representatives. Even if you have to wait awhile to speak to a representative VIA phone, I would highly recommend that route over the Online Customer Service Support. The Online Customer Service is still good, but after todays experience on the Phone with Newegg Representative "Nathan R. Mata" I cant recommend Newegg's Phone Customer Service Enough! I think this is probably the longest customer service write up I have ever written but it is the least I can do with the EXCEPTIONAL HELP I received today from Newegg and there Customer Service Representative "Nathan R. Mata"! I will definitely be ordering from Newegg again and will recommend anyone and everyone to Newegg for products and such!!!

Delivery was missing, but the customer service was awesome!!

"I received a notification showing that my package already delivered in front of my house. However, the package was NOT there at all, and the carrier was USPS (figured). So, I called Newegg. Within 5 minutes, the claimed already submitted and it's on the way to the seller. Please don't use USPS for your shipping again. "

From a long time newegg advocate...

"I have been a long time newegg advocate and have been purchasing my electronics there for about 10 years. Up until recently, my experience had been unparalleled as the best online marketplace for consumer electronics. But it seems that in recent years, all that has changed. What was once the most helpful customer service is now slow and unhelpful. What once was a quick and painless chat with a representative now takes over 60 min just to get connected (for both phone and chat window). And after waiting that time, I have even had them hang up on me without warning at the close of business hours. What used to be a simple exchange process for defective items, now takes multiple customer service interactions with ultimately unsatisfactory results. Most recently, after mailing a defective item for a replacement, they sold the last one one day before my item arrived at the processing facility which means that by choosing newegg all that I had to show at the end of 3 weeks was frustration and the knowledge to select a different retailer for future purchases. Take this as a word of warning, newegg is not the company that it once was. They are no longer customer-centric and can no longer guarantee any kind of customer satisfaction."

"I love shopping at NewEgg! They have an excellent website for searching and browsing through all of their product offerings, and great customer support. I signed up for their Premier service for free 3-day shipping and other percs like free returns and rush processing. I have been a ordering from them for over 13 years, and I have yet to be disappointed in their service."
