"I recently purchased four 34" LG monitors for work. Within a month, one of them began popping and blowing out white smoke. We purchased the monitor with LG's Advanced SWAP in case of failure in the first 3 years. After fighting with LG for over a month to get the monitor replaced in advance, they continually told us they couldn't honor the advanced swap because they didn't have any refurb units in stock. They insisted we ship the monitor back to the repair center, and wait for an evaluation on repair or replace status.
I finally contacted newegg support, and explained the situation -- Irma was an incredible advocate, and completely understood our position. Within 24 hours I received an email from LG support offering to ship me a new monitor which retailed for double the price, if I was willing to accept a different model. Thanks, Irma! You rock, and newegg rocks!!"

"so i bought an asus moniter and there was a rebate i qualified for . The rebate process is in itself a very cumbersome process and i beg newegg to streamline the process a bit more. The rebate requires a copy of invoice which you can only get after contacting customer service and the upc barcode label is not a separate piece of paper but rather a sticker on the cardboard for your products. So in order to qualify for the rebate you have to manually cut out a piece of cardboard and then contact customer service for invoice copy and then finally fill out a rebate form which you can't even submit online . I understand that less peope will use the rebate if you make them jump through different hoops. But this is downright wrong and frustrating. No one in there right mind will ever buy from newegg if you continue such archaic practices. Please don't ignore this as a hate review but like a constructive criticism. "

Apple H was curious and so helpful and was able to get a new RMA set up for me even though I was passed the 30 day return policy.
