"I had order two wireless scanners for my company as replacements for a couple of older models which were not functioning properly. Both new scanners failed within a day of each other. I called the newegg returns dept. and was informed I needed to use the scanner companies returns dept. to send both scanners back. After two weeks without any progress I called new egg back and explained my situation to Cassandra, in the customers service for product returns. She walked me through multiple steps and help process e-mails to both companies to get the process started for the return of these products. "

"I purchased some equipment between 2 and 4 years ago and I've learned that saving a few dollars ends up costing you more in the long run. Since then I've gotten letters from the Department of Revenue Services, empty promises from Newegg and 0 response from anyone in Newegg's company whenever I do contact them. Each time I get a "we'll be in touch and you can reply to this email" but I get no reply after that. So after they sent incorrect information to the DRS I now have to try to prove myself innocent and I have to be the one to show that Newegg provided incorrect information. After jumping through every single hoop for both Newegg and the CT DRs it still doesn't make a difference. So unless you want to run the risk of being sent to a collection agency for something you don't owe due to incorrect information being sent out and then receive no update from Newegg, I would strongly advise you to never do business with Newegg. Amazon might be a couple dollars more, but in my experience, I've never had to potentially go to court over purchases made years ago with them."
"Newegg was very good about handling my shipping problem. At first they said they would give me a $10 gift card for my shipping troubles, but when I called back they upped it to $20 and refunded my shipping. Basically, fedex dropped the ball and sent a package that was suppose to go from New Jersey to New York (one state away) all the way out west to Utah. When I finally got a hold of fedex they did not send it express back. I paid extra for 3 day shipping for fedex ground and got the package in 2 weeks. The newegg representative was very supportive and understood how fedex dropped the ball. They stand by their customers in tough times and rthey definitely made up for the inconvenience. "

I received an AOC monitor that only ran for a few minutes, you could turn it back on but it would go back off in just a few minutes, so the customer was leery of the brand and I needed a refund. "I had been looking for a larger UHD monitor to make better use of my 1080 graphics card. I found a very nice LG that was larger than what I was actually looking for but at a lower price point. Twist my arm!
I went to the website and ordered up the LG and paid with my credit card. I chose to have the box delivered to to a FedEx location nearby to remove any chance of a "porch pirate" raid. It would be fine as long as my Visa uses that address as my billing address. I tried a couple different attempts to circumvent this unrealistic requirement to no avail. I changed it to my home address thinking I was done.
Not done. I get a confirmation that my card was declined so I called customer service who got that fixed.
Get another confirmation that my product will be shipped to a FedEx location that is conveniently located at my home address!
Get the confirmation that it was delivered to Walgreens also at my home address! Drive to my home/FedEx/Walgreens and no monitor. Go online and eventually located it at a FedEx near my business
Great monitor at a great price. Hire Amazon to debug your E-commerce system.

"Had a fedex driver list that he delivered my item at the front door of our house. A little back ground here:
1) we have dogs. 2) My step father and I we both working outside. 3) we live on 10 acres, 22 miles outside of town
in the boonies! "so yeah no one stole our package!". Called fedex which apparently they didn't care and wanted to
all get home. So i doubt they got a hold of the driver. And they definitely didnt give me a status update before they
all went home. I also find it hard to believe they cannot get in contact with a driver that is out on deliveries.
