"Tiffany L of customer service was magnificent and a credit to your company. She fully answered my questions and resolved all issues that I had with an order with which I was having a great deal of difficulty in making the charge service authorize the payment. She patiently walked me through the authorization and payment process.

Promote her to management (should she want that) but definitely give her a raise. She singlehandedly will increase your corporate revenues by the way she services accounts and pleases your customers.

She truly is a great asset to your company!

Great Customer Service

"Newegg has great prices, great selection, yadda yadda.

That's not why you stay.

You stay because Newegg actually cares about you. When you call them you reach an actual human being who attends to your needs. Good customer service is so rare in this world and it really has to be celebrated. Especially in cases where they are willing to call the same seller who just gave you a runaround and a shrug. It matters. Thank you.

Long time Newegg.com customer

"I've been building my own PC's since Windows 95, and I've been a Newegg.com customer since internet shopping became widely available through a 56K telephone modem, and my first AMD 386DX CPU. Newegg.com has consistently presented me with the lowest product prices, product rebates, mostly free shipping, and no sales taxes of any kind. I used to compare the prices available at Amazon, but I have literally NEVER found anything at Amazon that I couldn't find less expensive at Newegg.com. So now I don't even bother to compare a Newegg price with the Amazon price. I will admit, though, that I sometimes read the Amazon product reviews if there aren't enough reviews at Newegg.com for a product I'm interested in. But make no mistake, the technical information available in Newegg product reviews generally trumps the information available at Amazon. All of this adds up to the fact that Newegg.com customers are the most technically savvy and the most price-conscious customers of all. Today I am writing a Newegg.com review because I have the opportunity as a result of using their online "chat" service to resolve a mostly insignificant matter on their web site. Let me therefore use this opportunity to additionally commend Newegg.com's online "chat" service, which is First Rate! I'm partially deaf, and therefore don't own a smartphone of any kind. Try "chatting" with Amazon if ever you have any issues with them. "

"I usually don't do these surveys, but my experience with Newegg's customer support was so positive that I felt it was worth the time to give them some praise. They were polite, positive, and professional to say the least. First their phone system is awesome, I had the option to have them call me back and not stay on hold wasting my time, which I really appreciated. And then the customer service rep "Erny" helped me out with a problem with a order (which was my mistake) just like that. Thank you guys at Newegg. "

Buyer Beware !!!

"There have been 2 Big Problems with my purchase of a "Samsung Galaxy S8 64GB Unlocked GSM Phone " from Newegg on 3/20/18. I suppose you could lay them both on me. I saw "Unlocked" and didn't read the fine print. So, you could do that. Or you could figure that Newegg would step up and say "Let's make this right". (Spoiler: don't bet on that outcome!)

I didn't think the "GMA" buried in the description mattered on an Unlocked phone. I just thought "Unlocked" meant UNLOCKED - but it doesn't. It does NOT mean you or I can go to any carrier and set it up. I didn't even notice that there is a list of carriers it will work on - that this "Unlocked" phone will not work on all cell provider's networks. And if yours/mine isn't on the list, it can't be Unlocked to work on it.
So when i took this phone in to Sprint, they couldn't do anything with it.

When I called Newegg, the rep pointed out the drop-down list of carriers this version of Unlocked phone will work on. I pointed out the Review that said the phone will work on any network - the Review that was credited as Most Helpful.
She said, That's not us; that's just customers talking.
(Hey, if a Review gets Stars but is WRONG, please please Do Something !! Take it down, make a comment - something !! )

OK, so I missed that list that Sprint's not on. I have everything that came in the package, all in perfect condition. How can I return it?
You can't, she said. This phone is Non-refundable.

No matter that I've made hundreds of $$ of purchases from Newegg over the years. No matter that I chose them over another seller.
The rep Tried to help. She talked to her supervisor, but that was a dead end - Policy is Policy, and Non-refundable means no $ back no matter what.

So I'll be selling it, somewhere.
And since the price I p[aid wasn't even very competitive, I'll be taking a loss.

I'll also be taking all my electronics business somewhere else.

"Bought an item and it was issued a tracking number and was sent to 4 places and two states then the seller took it back and said they would issue a refund. Not very happy at all with the seller. Newegg was helpful though."

"I had a dispute with some shipping and pricing on a number of items that I had attempted to purchase. I spoke over the phone with Darrel Hernández, who was insanely attentive and extremely helpful. I was able to complete my purchase without further delay and, because of my interaction with Darrel, ended up purchasing additional items. I literally felt that he was going out of his way to help me out. This has genuinely been one of best customer service interactions I have ever had."

Experts at the run-around

"I ordered a product & paid for expedited shipping. 14 days later, multiple emails & calls to NewEgg & I have nothing to show for my $200. The NewEgg seller won’t respond, NewEgg’s favorite comment is ‘the Marketing Department is looking into it’. They are refusing to refund my money and I’m completely exasperated. I will never use NewEgg again and advise all other potential purchasers to be wary. "
