Customer Service in addressing non-delivery of a product

"I had placed an order on Mar 22 2018. The product was to be delivered in 4-to-7 business days. The tracking details showed up to the point in time when the package was 'TENDERED TO DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER'. Since then, no package tracking was available.

The Customer Service suggested that I call after the said number of business days for delivery of the product had passed, and should I not have received the package, call Customer Service.

Since the packaged was not received by the end of the said time frame, I spoke to Customer Service and the call was answered by Mercy.A.Loaiza. She was very polite & professional in addressing my inquiry / request for clarification on the status of my package. She did provide me with options for the resolution.

I await for the resolution on non-delivery of the ordered product.

User UNFRIENDLY.

"After buying from Newegg and to complete the order there were many parts that were very unclear.
1. Will the product be shipped as a physical CD or downloaded?
2. Nowhere on the web site did the Newegg tell me how to apply for the rebate or the Promo code.
3. When I clicked on a Promo code Newegg looked like they were trying to sell me on signing up for a new Master Card. I don't want a new master card.
PS: Very unclear and not user friendly and not easy to be sure of what I am buying and costs, etc.
I would like to buy more but find this dangerous.

"Contacted newegg using the chat option regarding price matching on an external backup drive a competitor had on sale. Working with Caroline C. I was able to get the drive for the same price. Which was awesome since the locale retailer was out of the item and would not offer a rain check."

Going the Distance

"I had a processor with bent pins before installing, and I installed it to test it out, and it didn't work. No big deal just need to return it, but my wife threw away all of the shipping material while I was setting up my PC. I ran outside to grab the protection, but I watched the garbage truck driving away with it. I called with some problems, and it took me less then 30 seconds to be on the phone with a person, and she was so helpful, kind, and she went the distance to get me the proper answer that I needed."

Love shopping here, awesome customer service

"Customer service is domestic everyone I've reached out in daytime hours. Prices are competitive and often times the best during their sales. Price match on a lot of items is available and their policies are flexible and very consumer friendly. This company really cares about its reputations and keeping its customers happy. In my case, a bundle of ram sticks I purchased within 4 days had gone on sale for $10 less. I reached out and they were happy to credit me a gift card for the price difference. "
