I buy most of my PC part and technology from them, the side is very clean and well organized you can search and compare products easily.

The customer services representatives are very helpful I have dealt with them on multiple occasions and they sure help me get what I want 90% of them anyway If someone was not helpful I will just disconnect and connect to someone else also their tech support on Reddit and top notch.

"Huge thank you to Aaron N. for the customer service I received in resolving an issue I had with my Newegg order. I didn’t get my packages delivered due to UPS error and had to file claims through Newegg and UPS. Of course UPS wasn’t cooperative at all, slow, and overall rude despite it being their mistake. On the other hand, I was proactively reached out by Newegg support (Aaron) and he was able to assist me quickly and resolved my issue! He was also very understanding, friendly, and positive. Despite the issue stemming from UPS, Newegg took action and sent me a replacement ASAP. Hopefully Newegg can consider using other carriers for delivery as alternatives, but I still highly recommend shopping with Newegg thanks to their amazing customer service!"

"I ordered a few parts for a PC build, and due to (as I understand it) an inventory management hiccup, some of the items were out of stock, delayed and split into seperate shipments. I was quite unhappy about this at the time; I chose newegg precisely to avoid giving my money to larger corporations like Amazon, and was disappointed there were issues. Within 24 hours, I had a personal contact from a Newegg customer relations representative. They apologized, explained how the problem had occurred, and began to formulate a solution for me. It was a far, far more thorough and attentive resolution process than I would have expected. In fact, it was easily the most informative and helpful customer service interaction I've had from any company, ever. My issue was resolved immediately. Before I ended the call, with no asking on my part, the rep offered a credit on a future Newegg purchase as compensation for the trouble. It was a fantastic experience, so much so that I feel guilty about being so irritated in the first place. Newegg truly wanted to resolve the problem and they did so immediately. All told, they've earned my future business. I won't buy PC parts anywhere else.

"I ordered 3 HDD drives in BlackFriday. Upon receiving my items, I realised that one of the drives was not the one I ordered. Mind you I am an international buyer, so shipping and taxes are a headache as is.
Newegg has a reputation of not refunding shipping, nor offering shipping for the return, and for some questionable practices (Gamers'Nexus saga). Regardless, I contacted support. Immediately, the representative apologised for the mistake and let me know that he will see what he can do. Then, he offered me a full refund with a shipping label, and -get this- PRICE MATCH AND FREE SHIPPING IF I ORDER A REPLACEMENT! DO YOU BELIEVE THAT? They basically made up for me missing on Blackfriday by giving me free shipping (normally, free shipping requires paying twice as much as what the drive costs) and by billing me the price of Blackfriday. I am so satisfied, and as much as amazon truly takes care of their customers, I honestly don't think Amazon would have done this.
Newegg SHOCKED me by their initiative, and left me satisfied, and feeling respected and taken care off. And I will ABSOLUTELY consider Newegg before going to any other retailer.
