"My name is Karamoko Tankersley and today 1/29/2024 I worked with Joshua Thompson from NewEgg customer service department to resolve several issues. First off let me say that Joshua customer service was excellent and he went above and beyond to resolve all of my issues and concerns. Today I returned several Lian Li fans from my recent computer build. When I went into my previous order history it does not list all of my fans or previous orders, instead it only list a couple of my fans. I then went into my bank statement online to verify proof of purchase and I provided Joshua with the purchase dates/details and he was able to track down those orders and receipts even though I could not see them under my order history. Joshua then provided me with return labels for each item. Next, Joshua Thompson noticed in his research that I did not get my full refund of my NZXT H9 Elite tower. I paid $327.59 and only received a $263.69 return. He then told me it was a market place order and that is why I did not get my full refund. I mentioned to Joshua that I attempted to cancel this order several hours after placing the order for the NZXT H9 Elite Tower and i was informed by the rep that I had to wait for the delivery of the item in order to do a return. Joshua Thompson then reached out to his manager and said they wanted to get this right by the customer and they refunded me the difference of the amount. I was on the phone with Joshua Thompson for close to two hours and he was pleasant to work with. Joshua answered all of my questions, took his time researching my concerns, all while providing excellent customer service. I would like to give Joshua Thompson a 5 star rating for going above and beyond in the NewEgg customer service department. With customer service like Joshua Thompson, I will definitely be buying more products and services with NewEgg."

"I made an order yesterday and before it even said that it was ready to ship I called customer service to know if I could replace an item on the order. I made a mistake the day before and didn't catch it until around 20 minutes before getting in contact with someone. But because the order had already been posted in the warehouse (not sure exactly what that means but that's what I was told), there's nothing I nor them can do to change it. So I have to wait for the wrong part to come in and then go through the process of returning and refunding it. The person I talked to did as much as they could and made a note on my order number to give me expedited shipping when I return that item."
