Perfect service at all points !

"I recently bought a bunch of components for a new build and initially had issues with the Memory not seeming to work with the build, Newegg immediately accepted a refund demand and sent me the labels for return. After updating the Bios of my MOBO, the memory was finally working fine and decided to keep it. The website would not permit a cancellation so called customer service and Jacqueline A. answered, listened attentively to my problem, and fixed it with no issues. Earlier today, had issues with a fan on the video card and again, Newegg accepted a refund demand and the labels sent immediately. The service is just superb and leaves me to believe that choosing Newegg for most of my build to have been the right one. They are absolutely superb with the services and would highly recommend choosing them for your builds ! I did business with Newegg Canada which appears to be a direct extension of the USA site as it was the USA that answered my call ! Whether CANADA or USA, this online seller is impeccable at all levels !"

"Ran into an issue with a hardware component for my pc. I'd been working on the issues for weeks before finally defaulting to rmaing new hardware. Although I was slightly out of the 30 day return policy they still honored my rma which helped so much. Joshua T. (Thompson I think) took care of everything I needed and went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Can't be happier with the outcome of the service call."
