"I placed an order on 2/5/24 and chose the expedited shipping for an additional cost. It was supposed to be delivered 2/7/24. Today is 2/8/24 and I have not received it. After reviewing the shipping status, the order is still "Processing" and has not even shipped yet. I reached out to the seller via phone call with no luck and I emailed the seller. I then called NewEgg customer service number and spoke with Jaqueline. She was very professional and pleasant to speak to. She took the time to investigate and came to the conclusion to email the seller as well. I have to wait up to two days to hear back. We are a business so it is very important we get the product we purchased in a timely manner. I give NewEgg customer service 5 starts and the seller 0. The seller should update the purchaser if they cannot keep their promise of delivering especially if the purchaser paid extra. We will not be purchasing from the seller again."

Emailed the 3rd-party seller directly about my issue, no response.
Called Newegg, explained the situation, asked what my options were. Warranty directly with the manufacturer? Can Newegg help me somehow otherwise?
Ashley and Jacqueline helped me on 2 separate phone calls (first call with Ashley got disconnected by mistake). While speaking to Jacqueline on the 2nd phone call and going over my issue again with her, she informed me that Ashley had already approved and initiated a return for a refund, and had already emailed me a prepaid shipping label.
Bummer that the SSD died, but stellar customer service getting me taken care of. This experience reflected extremely well on Newegg, and I'm happy to continue shopping with them."

Sadly the original packaging had been tossed out due to unfortunate circumstances. Thankfully customer support was really understanding of my situation and managed to not only get my order shipped the very same day, but even refunded me the amount I had paid for packaging my return! After explaining the solution oriented approach Joshua put me on a brief hold and explained that he would be back in a short time.
