"Very competitive prices. Fast shipping. Unparalleled customer service. They have helped with any issue far beyond expectations and really take the time to assure the problem is resolved. I'm so impressed. It's hard to to buy all parts from newegg."
"I have been a customer of newegg for more than 20 years. Newegg has been my "go to" place for all my computer parts.
I placed an order on July 5th, 2023 for some memory sticks, the ad said I would have it in 5-7 days. More than a week later, my purchase still ha not shipped! It seems newegg has started letting 3rd party sellers (scammers) sell on their website. After multiple attempts to get a intelligent answer from the 3rd party seller as to why my order has not shipped yet, I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. I also called newegg customer service and they were of little help. Thier answer - " we will contact the seller and see what the problem is." 5 days later I have still not been contacted by newegg with an answer!
I called my credit card and told them to stop payment on this order. After explaining to them the problem, they agreed and said I would see the money back in my account in 2-3 days.
Stay away from newegg, they are no longer a reliable bussiness! After just checking the Better Business Bureau, I see they have an "F" rating. That's really to bad, I really liked doing business with newegg for 20 plus years!"
"I have been waiting weeks, trying 100+ times a day and the laptop finally got stock. I checked out, got to the end and then it gave me an error. I BOT came in and got it while I was checking out. So now they told me to keep trying all day for the next few week. Then a bot will just buy it again.
Just go with B&H"
"The computer is very good price and they have very good return service when you need them you also can get free shipping with their email sign up "
"Bought a refurbished motherboard with a protection plan as it was $50 cheaper than new and it came with an additional $40 mail in rebate, the board arrives and I notice some bent CPU pins, no big deal, I have Newegg send a replacement, replacement arrives and the flash bios button is just missing. I complain to chat about it and how I'm missing out on the rebate as I have to send in the upc code from the box, they offer a $50 giftcard to use on my next order, and tell me ill have to take a refund for the refurb board as its now out of stock, wait for the refund, it arrives and they've taken out $50 for "RMA Amount Adjust Offset" and completely forgot about the protection plan, when talking to support they try to act like the $50 giftcard I was given was part of the refund, then when I show them picture proof of what I was told it was for they tried to say that the $50 was only offered if I would KEEP the broken board? After arguing for over an hour they give in and tell me ill get a full refund, waiting for that to show in my account so we'll see if they're being honest, I wonder how many people they steal from who don't have the time or patience to put up with their crap. On top of all this the NEW motherboard I bought has been in the "PACKAGING" process for 6 days even though I paid for next day shipping and when I ask them about it they try to blame it on the carrier, when I point out that it says they haven't packaged it yet so it's an issue on their end not UPS, they ask if I want to file a lost package form, when I say how is it missing if you haven't shipped it, they switch it up and say they'll contact the warehouse and ill be emailed within 24 hours, two days later and it's still being packaged and they have yet to contact me. Their customer service is horrible and I believe they will tell you anything to get you to stop contacting them. DO NOT BUY FROM NEWEGG THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND KNOWINGLY SEND OUT DAMAGED ITEMS "
"Love it so much it’s the best we have buy from we will shop again for sure "
"Extremely shady company to stay away from. I had placed a laptop order, while I'm traveling out of state and staying in a resort for a month, recovering from injury. They cancelled my order without even sending me any notification. When I called them to ask what happened they were abusive, hateful (because of my ethnic origin - I live in the US for 30 years, but this makes them treat you as a 2nd class person) implied I was a fraud and told me right away that my "account" was blocked. I never opened any "account" with them and tried to buy laptop as using guest option, like I always do with BestBuy or ebay. The woman in Newegg customer service was nasty from the first words implying I was some kind of criminal because I ordered to resort address and didn't think there was anything wrong with them never sending me a notification of order cancellation, while I waited for delivery wasting my precious time. They acted so shady as if they operate in the criminal world, and I do not trust they sell truly new hardware now, too shady company. I had bought the same laptop for the same price on ebay without any issues, using it right now and got a 2nd laptop deal from popular big box brick-and-mortar reltaler online, both delivered very fast and without a problem, to the same address where I'm staying. At least with reputable honest company and highly rated ebay seller I know what I'm dealing with upfront and can trust them. Newegg behavior would not be tolerated in the normal business world, I'm looking into involving the government to penalize them now."
"we order some keyboard and mouse and find them very very good to use and ease of operation, we also have a return and they refund it very quickly, we will be back for sure thank you newegg"
"I've been a NewEgg wholesale customer for 20 years. I have a NY reseller tax exemption that never expires but NewEgg makes me renew it in their records every 2 years. Their process is impossibly complicated and needless. They have been charging me tax all year and I've jumped through all their hoops to get it corrected but to no avail. No problems like this at Amazon or anywhere else for that matter. I have no reason to continue to do business with NewEgg at this point."
"Amazing products love it so much "

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, but I will never bother with Newegg again. I places ONE order for about $5,000 dollars worth of computer parts. They broke that order down into an unknown number of suborders but they "can't tell you how many orders it will be until it ships" which is very confusing, particularly since everyone asks "what's your order number?" Order number? I have no idea how many orders they made. But that's not why I'll never shop there again. They also place a demand that certain packages be signed for in person no exceptions whatsoever not even if you sign a slip and leave it on the door. Maybe this makes sense in a big city. But my closest neighbor is more than 1/2 mile away and we just don't have package theft in this region. After contacting UPS and pleading with them to find a way for me not to be present, I was told that this requirement is made by Newegg.com which makes sense because over the past decade I've received hundreds perhaps a couple thousand packages and not once have I needed to be present for the package to be delivered. I've received wine, ammo, tobacco---you name it, it's been left on my doorstep. But not Newegg. So basically, if I want to receive the items I purchased, I must stay at home all day waiting for the UPS truck to come. Then I have to repeat that for at least a week since they broke my order into an unknown number of packages and each day more packages seem to be sent. I have no idea which ones need the signature, because no one can tell me how many orders have been made from my one order. So, if you have more than a week to take off work to wait for a UPS truck, then perhaps Newegg is a good fit. But I need to work to earn the money it takes to purchase goods, therefore I cannot waste a week waiting for delivery. Also: they made NO MENTION that such a strignint requirement would be placed on the package. When I call Newegg, they can't even tell me why the requirement is placed and how many packages the signature is required on (several boxes have been left, but others have not) nor can they tell me how many orders will be made. In the end, it's a complete mess and very confusing. It seems that they've designed a system to maximize profit and minimize risk, which is what businesses do, but most businesses also consider whether or not their policies are wildly inconvenient to their customers. However, Newegg doesn't seem to care. UPS even called Newegg with me on the line to request they drop the signature requirement, but they refused. I told them I'd take liability for anything missing, and they still refused. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS unless you think it's fun to play these kinds of games.

"I have been using Newegg since the early 2000's they were always the best price and speed in shipping.
Their customer service in the early days was top notch, whenever I had an issue they used to take care of the problem no questions asked.
As they have grown and gone public their service has degraded drastically over time probably to the advantage of the investors.
Now there are plenty of companies to choose to buy from I just picked Newegg because they had the memory that I wanted in stock and I knew they had a warehouse close by so I would get it within a reasonable timeframe......or so I thought.
Fast forward a week after it shipped and 3 days past the day it was supposed to arrive......it still says that a label has been created but has not been picked up by the carrier.
I used their support center because they don't apparently read email any longer and started a chat....one of the most awkward chats that I have ever had to just simply try and get them to figure out where my order was.
So I explained what was wrong and provided an order # etc. and they said that they had to file a claim and that it would take 3-5 business days to resolve.
Uhh okay I had to check to be sure that I wasn't chatting with my car insurance agency they refused to go any further then filing a claim like an insurance company and refused to do anything else to just get me my order it was appalling.
I even called and spoke to them and the woman I spoke too was very nice and that they would be re-shipping the order next day air.......not 8 or so hours later I got an email saying that they are refunding the amount of my order and canceling the order....way to go Newegg.
I will not be ordering from them again for the foreseeable future."
"I went online with Newegg.com on February 28 2022 to order a keyboard for a laptop. Their website showed that the delivery from China for this keyboard was between 7 - 23 days. This site DID NOT state that the delivery time was from date of shipment. It took Newegg 1 week to notify the shipper in China to ship the keyboard. I still have not received it. The tracking information I was given has not been updated since 3/14 and they will not update me. They are not honoring my request for a full refund. I believe this shipment is either lost or I was scammed for the $40 I paid for this keyboard. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"When ordering a prebuilt PC from newegg, I had no problems whatsoever and the product came with everything inside and super fast."
"I got a bad motherboard, sent it back and they sent either the same one back or another broken one. I again sent it back and got another broken one. I'm done now they tell me to contact manufacturer."
"Ordered a desk that was dropped off in the box damaged. I was put under the gun to get a refund because the seller gave us only 24 hours to respond or they would cancel our complaint. This dragged out for weeks. They gave us a "prepaid" label to return the item and when we packed it all up and took it to UPS they wanted to charge us $80 to ship it back. Called new egg again, filed a complaint with our bank and after days we were given another label and told to send it back. We sent it back a while ago and new egg is now refusing to issue a refund because we complained to our bank. They claim they can't issue a refund with a complaint pending but I had this happen before with pretty litter and they convince you to drop the charge and then don't pay you but you can't refile the complaint. So, as it stands, they are refusing to refund our money but have had the product returned for weeks and are trying to disarm us from a third party forcing them to give us our money back when all they have to do is refund it and produce a copy of the refund to the bank to disable the complaint. They have blamed the vender every leg of this journey but THEY charged us. Their problems with their vender is not my problem. They also declined our claim even though the package was recorded as being damaged when dropped off and after producing the photographs from setting it up and taking the pictures for their edification. They have dicked us out of so much time just for a desk it is unbelievable. Their BBB page seems to be down or I would have left this there."
