For this holiday season, I ordered computer parts for a new build. I was worried about buying the parts too soon so not to have to take a chance on delivery. Newegg puts out a holiday policy giving us shoppers 60 days to return items. Who does that? only Newegg.
Today 12/20/2018 I was having 2nd thoughts about a PSU after reading some reviews on it. I decided I'm not going to take a chance with that particular Power Supply. I called Newegg Customer Service, Darryl answers and was very pleasant. Explained to him my dilemma and that it's a build for christmas. He issued me an RMA with return label for the unopened PSU, I told him which new PSU I wanted the Seasonic 850W. He placed the order for me and rush shipping. I cannot believe an hour later I receive shipping confirmation that it was shipped and should receive before the weekend. This 12/20/2018 mind you, one business day left before the weekend and 2 business days before Christmas. Who does that? Newegg!!! I never shop anywhere else for computer parts.
P.S. He also waved the shipping cost. Who does that? Newegg!!!"

"I was sent a wrong product by the 3rd party vendor Unbeatable Sales and I was having no response by the vendor when I tried to contact them for RMA. After a few days I contacted New Egg customer service and they help resolve the issue by issuing RMA and return shipping labels but as luck would have it the labels were incorrect! It was shipping back tome. So I called the CS again and Darrel helped resolve the issue and emailed me the corrected shipping labels while staying on phone till I received the email. Thank you CS team!"

"Review: ordered product on 10th with 5-7 day shipping. When tracking said nothing had moved by the 17th, I called new egg. I was repeatedly assured my package was in transit and fedEX would update soon and I would have my laptop absolutely, no worries, by the 20th (more than 5-7 days but okay, just losing freelance income and business as I wait). It's the 19th with no movement. A call to fedEX led to the revelation that I was right on Monday, and fedEX NEVER received a package to ship to me! Called New Egg AGAIN, they will "figure it out" tonight. Expedited shipping after being ignored, after being ignored, after several phone calls and time I should not have had to waste on this, is not satisfactory customer service. Your company not only screwed up, it refused to work with me to fix it within a timeframe that would not have caused damages, and now it's trying, failing to cover its mistake after severe inconvenience. "I've been shopping at Newegg for many years. The shipping is fast and the products are delivered exactly as expected. Because I haven't had any problems over the years, I've never interacted with their customer service until recently. I received a motherboard which I was fairly certain was not working (swapped out CPU, memory, etc.. into another computer to make sure those components were working).
I called customer service expecting to talk to someone without much details about the problem or without much authority to do anything. To my surprise, the customer service representative was extremely helpful, kind, and even talked to his manager for me. He even offered the opportunity to talk personally with his manager. It was a great experience. The shipping back to Newegg was pretty slow from the east coast, but their shipment back to me was very fast. The new board arrived quickly and it worked beautifully.
I highly recommend Newegg, even if you have to pay a little bit more, because you receive unparalleled customer service."
