"Ordered item from newegg.com before Christmas, paid extra for 2 day shipping. Item was supposed to be delivered on 3rd business day. FedEx returned the shipment to newegg. Had to call FedEx and get return tracking number. Called newegg.com customer service on 12/28, waited on hold for 45 minutes and call for 30 minutes. Was told they would have to process it as a return and they would ship it out once they processed the return. Warehouse has had product back for 10 days. Still no shipment for something that should have been delivered Monday before Christmas. Still waiting on hold for customer service. Last time I order from newegg."

"After purchasing a 8gb of ram from Newegg I tripple checked my address to ensure it would ship to the correct area as last time it shipped to my mothers house, and I had to drive over 2 hours to pick it up. This time I made sure my address was correct and purchased it through paypal. TURNS OUT, whatever your default address on paypal is that's where they will FORCE ship it. And you are unable to change it what so ever on neweggs page. So, because they're unable to add a simple addon for paypal purchases I am once again going to have to drive over 2 hours to pick up a simple thing of ram. My own personal website I spent no more than $500 on allows customers to customize their address with paypal purchases. "
"Navagating through mobile webpage was a tedious task. For multiple filters had to keep selecting filter everytime I wanted to add an extra filter. Texting wish list was never able to be done. Resubmitting billing due to fraud protection also was not able to be done. Had to switch to desktop view and still didnt work. Had to complete my order by calling in and speaking with a person. The only present time I had was speaking to customer service. "
