"Customer service is not helpful and does not follow up regarding order issues. It is also pointless to pay for faster shipping if Newegg takes longer to process an order than it takes for that order to be shipped by UPS across the country. On their website they say 1-2 business days to process an order, but my order is still outstanding after 5 days. "

Why I am writing this review is because of my most recent experience with their customer service department. I had having difficulty processing a return online so I called into customer service. In a matter of minutes my return was processed and a packing slip emailed to me soon after.
