"I wanted to tell you how appreciative I was of Alvin L. I have been waiting and watching the MATREXX 55 ADD-RGB 3F like a hawk, refreshing the browser page with auto-notify on hoping for stock to show up. Recently either yesterday or today the page redirected me to a zero returns search result. To my horror I scrambled to try to contact DEEPCOOL or find a place on your site for more information about what happened. Today I loosely interpreted some of your support sections to ask about this, account support I believe. After waiting in quene position 94 having a "lovely" ping go off every time I moved up in line Alvin L took my question. He heard my tale and looked into if there was inventory or if a request for stock had been issued. Alas no stock or invoice had been issued. Sad and ready to quit I thanked him for all the help and with one final attempt to gain my prize I asked him if there was any way I could request stock. He told me he would pass on my request to the team. It may not seem like a lot but it really made my day.

"As one of the other reviewers mentioned, Newegg’s service has gone downhill over the last several years. Ordered a Dyson vacuum from them on 11/22/18, received a notification that it was shipped on 11/25/18. A week later, no updates. Tried using their chat service 4 times over the next 2 days. I was usually somewhere between 191 and 223 in line when I began. It would time-out within 7-10 minutes. Called them this morning and had to hold 27 minutes before speaking to a rep. She was nice, but couldn’t give me an answer, just said she would call Dyson to open up a ticket with them and that it would take 2 business days before I would hear back. She then suggested I call UPS. UPS answered fast and within 8 minutes opened up an investigation to find the package. UPS suggested I call Dyson. Again, Dyson answered fast and was very helpful, and has agreed to take care of everything by Monday.
I’ll never deal with Newegg again. B&H and Amazon have both set the standard for customer service, so subpar places like Newegg will continue to lose business. "
"I've used Newegg for quite a few years now for all my components and PC accessories. After switching from Tiger direct roughly 5 years prior, Newegg has never sent me a wrong order, damaged part, opened box, late shipment, or otherwise unsatisfactory experience so common these days when purchasing items online. Today was the first erroneous delivery I have ever received from Newegg. Having placed multiple orders for the construction of a few new pcs throughout the evening on Cyber Monday, I was sure of my order, pleased with all the deals and money saved, and excited about the purchase of components that I had considered out of my price range for the needs of a solid VR capable home computer. One part in particular(actually two cause I ordered two), x2 Western Digital WD Black 1TB NVMe SSD, was a part that had such a good deal, it simply demanded to be part of the build. Easily better and much speedier than the Samsung 860 1TB SSD, which was the original planned primary storage drive for the new PC's. 16 of my components arrived on time, undamaged, packaged well, and ready to become an integral cog in the VR experience. Damn if the last two parts (the nvme SSDs 1TB) just had to prove the finer points of Finagle's Law of dynamic negatives; Anything that can go wrong, will...and will do so at the worst possible moment. Upon reception of a manilla envelope containing my last two integral components, I immidiately discovered the SSDs we're each only 500gb, half the size and price of the 1TB drives I had ordered. Having never had issues with any of my previous Newegg purchases, I had concerns about the difficulty and procedures of the Newegg RMA process.
Honest to goodness, I think getting that wrong part was just simply delightful. The Newegg associate who dealt with me, Desiree, was amazingly capable, endearingly sweet, and unfailingly professional as she patiently listened to my plight, thouroughly heard my trouble, and was instantly assuring me that she was taking care of it, and I need not worry. She had Google deliver new shipping labels to my email to cover return shipping costs. She also was able to expedite me x2 WD NVMe 1TB SSDs, the one's I'd actually ordered and paid for. She really was nice, felt like we were teammates working towards a common goal. Could tell it was important to her that my order was corrected as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Also, I had ordered two really cheap, crappy white, DIYPC cases. Good company usually, these cases are just crap. Plastic shrouds cover most of the intake, and most of the exhaust. Dust filters are just mesh screen door material. Wiring is cheap and I don't trust it. Case is overall just a frail ugly piece of white junk.
So I ordered a couple trusted, can't-go-wrong Cooler Masters... Case problem solved, save for the two extra crappy white DIYPC boxes. So I told Desiree about the cases, explained how inferior they were, and told how I had already received replacement cases. I figured since there wasn't anything wrong with them, she wouldn't be able to help me much. Well, I needn't have worried. Desiree was on point, had my back all the way, never interrupted me and was exceptionally polite when I accidentally hung up on her. She sent me the crappy case shipping labels for the return journey, and is zapping money back into my account. Simply put, this is the most reassuring, relaxed, easy-going, and confident RMA I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Thanks Desiree, thanks Newegg.

I was only ordering $75 worth of goods. I could not complete the order because company policy states I cannot have a bill to address in Canada and a ship to in the USA. I live very close to the border and always, with other co. ship to Blaine WA.
If I order from Newegg in Canada, I would be paying $196 for the same order. That is absurd.
I know that shipping is more and customs, etc. but still!
Thats why I bring the items across the border myself.
Well, Newegg will not allow me to do this. So I ordered from Amazon for $82 and they will ship to Blaine for me.

"Excellent customer service from Rep. Veronica S. and in my conversation with her, I was impressed with some of Neweggs policies regarding the way they treat their Reps.
I purchased a Corsair chassis for a custom build as a Gift, it arrived damaged. The damage was small, mechanically insignificant, and only cosmetically annoying. But as it's for a gift, I couldn't accept the product. I had a time constraint so I couldn't wait for a replacement either, so I required a refund.
I spoke to Veronica S. she handled the entire process over the phone immediately. Veronica helped fill the pauses in the return with appropriate banter, as well as tactfully herding me back on track when needful. My positive customer service experience was almost entirely due to her excellence.
I have significant experience with Veronica's job, having performed telephone support for several years. She exhibited good control of the calls pacing and direction while conveying to me the needed information. Further, when I expressed concern for the calls duration (Call metrics where a huge deal for most of my previous employers), I learned that Newegg is very forgiving of the Reps for things like call duration, instead emphasizing the need for a good customer service experience. For this I applaud Newegg. The moderate wait time to speak to a Rep. is worth the fact that I will not need to call again.
