"Incredibly friendly and helpful customer service team, along with very low prices. The website has a nice layout as well, though it is a tad buggy.
However... if you try and place an order a couple of times and due to incorrect information (accidental), you're unable to process it, you are screwed when it comes to trying to place it that 3rd time when everything is straightened out. They will block your account instead of contacting you to determine if you placed those orders or not!! I have never in my life had such a terrible experience with trying to order something. I just got off of my 10th phone call to either Newegg or Synchrony bank. This is absolutely ridiculous.

"I had a question about memory for a computer motherboard not being compatible and the return of the memory for a refund. The customer service rep, Rosie, was very helpful in explaining the Newegg return policy and it seemed reasonable. She then suggested that if the memory manufacturer web site claims compatibility with the motherboard and it end up not being compatible then it is returnable without a restocking fee. This was excellent news. Rosie was super helpful and even spent the time to document in the account file the conversation so that anyone else that needs to see the history of the purchase would have all the information needed to process the RMA."
"newegg puts restrictions on your purchases. that means if you are not home to receive your really expensive tech. and because is so expensive you dont want to leave it alone in the front porch you cannot even go and pick it up at a pickup facility because newegg DOES NOT allow that. ive been on hold with their customer service for 4 hours now and their chat system crashes ever 5 minutes.

I asked if they can do a price adjustment and they answered they can’t because the promotion started from yesterday. I asked if I can return the card and they answered the card was not returnable. If I purchased the card from different sellers, they would do a price adjustment or give a refund. This experience makes me hesitating doing business with Newegg."
