Let Newegg know on Nov 16, filed a lost package claim, email received said it would take up to 10 business days for a response. "Newegg is a site who is bent to scam the customer out of promotions they run with so many " oh but this" that it's disgusting.
On there website they ran a promotion buy this product get a free game (Monster Hunter) and Asus is running a promotion buy the same product from Newegg and get a free game ( Black ops).
I bought the game from their official eBay account which is a Newegg Store, and I asked where's my codes. They pretty much said Im not getting anything because I bought it from eBay.
But it's your store, your account, your products, they still said no. I said okay that's fine but what about my Black Ops 4 game? It's not your promotion it's Asus, and I contacted Asus and they said you should give me the game because they gave you hundreds of codes to give to your customers who buy this item.
They still refused. I'm now in a battle with Newegg, with Asus on my side asking why they refuse to give me the code when Asus is the ones who gave them the code and said ebay, online, doesn't matter if Newegg sells it they need to give you the code we provided for them.
Disgusting, customer service I have to wait 1 hour wait time to talk to Anyone from Newegg customer Service, and if the people who are running the promotion are telling you your wrong and your ignoring them that's a huge red flag.
Newegg has good prices but dealing with their customer service and backpedaling on promotions is disgusting. You would think after allowing a person to skim all credit cards used on their site for a whole month and after being busted for selling STOLEN Microsoft 10 Keys, they would be trying to make it right with their customers NOPE.
After this experience Newegg is no longer a store I will be buying from. And I hope if you care about integrity and customer service being important you do the same. "

"Never in a million year would I have thought I could say a bad word about Newegg. I have been a customer since 2001 and recently bought a RAM stick which was DOA. I contacted them through the a contact link and typed in that the RAM was defective. I did not hear from them for 2 days so I called. The hold time was 144 minutes, (2 hrs and 22 minutes) and after 2 hours and 43 minutes on hold I hung up. https://bit.ly/2FSk0mm

Finally the next day after a "paltry" 45 minute hold I got a hold of an agent who was a god send. Keith is the only good thing about Newegg as of 12/3/18. He gave me an RMA and was able to arrange a pickup at my house. This was my brief moment of hope.
I called Newegg 3 days later to find out if the package was in transit and if they had a tracking number for me. Wait time on hold was 22 minutes. Well that turned into 55 minutes of listening to the same song on repeat, no one answered, and someone on their end hung up w/o even answering.
I did email them to get tracking info on the return. I explained that I left it on my porch and had no way of knowing if it was actually picked up and was on its way. They replied that "If it was sent then it's on the way." That didn't help me at all so I have emailed them back, begging for a tracking number a couple hrs ago and am waiting their reply.
In the meantime I called to another 20 minute wait, but they gave me the option of a call back. OK cool!! Someone is going to call me!! That was an hour ago and I am still sitting here by my phone.
Overall horrible experience from a once top notch company. I feel I have lost a good friend. Newegg 2018 = junk."
