So after 3 days of trying to get ahold of them about a simple tracking number I finally got a call back the customer service rep was very respectable and helped me threw to see were my package was and was able to give me full details and was not rude so all in good customer service poor call center."

Upon further investigation I discovered that the particular motherboard in question was unable to be returned for some reason. I contacted customer support and got in touch with Alvin Z Lin who had my issue sorted out in a matter of minutes. He issued the return and emailed a return label to me.
