"Recently bought a motherboard off of Newegg. Sadly, it had a default audio card and I just called in to get a replacement. Both representatives were very friendly to speak to and the second one in particular was extremely helpful in getting this mishap settled. Not only is a replacement on the way with free expedited shipping, but I have 30 days to return the defective motherboard, and even get to keep the game promo code that came with my original purchase even though the promo has expired! Really just about the best result I could have gotten in this situation. Thanks Mr. J Valdez.
