" I purchased 4 stick of RAM through Newegg reseller ANTonline. What I got was 2 new sticks and 2 open and scotch taped closed packages of RAM that did not work. Returned the bad sticks to ANTonline for replacement and was rejected a refund or replacement because I had marked the 2 bad sticks of RAM on a piece of plastic tape with a removeable marker. After talking to the nice folks at Newegg 3 times about the problem they could not get ANTonline to return bad ram so I could return it to manufacturer for lifetime replacement. Newegg ended up replaceing the RAM for me but I am sorry to know Newegg does business with a company that blatantly treats there customers unfairly. Everyone I talked to at Newegg was wonderfully helpful but after over 3 hours of phone time I felt badly that Newegg had to step up to make this right. ANTonline does not belong in business with a company the caliber of Newegg!"

"Bought a i5 8600k NEW. And the seal on the box was broken, so it is NOT NEW. Called customer service and the woman on the line was very patient and helpful. Even made small talk with me. Only reason i am not giving 5 stars is because Newegg sold me a used item for a new price. It is extremely easy to check the factory seal Newegg.... It should literally be the very first thing you check when you sell an item! Was the item opened or not?? Pretty frustrating experience but in the end everything was sorted out. "New Egg customer service is really good. But many of the products they sell are from affiliates or Chinese companies.

1. The problem with affiliates is that they are usually not authorized dealers. So if I purchase a FitBit watch, from an affiliate and it fails for some reason, I do not have any warranty support.

2. It seems that many products NewEgg sells are manufactured in China by some 2-bit knockoff. Price is good, but quality is questionable to junk. I'll probably just stick to name brands from now out."

"I ordered multiple parts for a computer build for my cousin and verified that everything would fit in the case we chose, including the graphics card and AIO cooler that we ordered. After starting the build, we realized that with the cooler in we weren't going to be able to integrate the GPU, and if we would've moved the cooler other components were now going to be in the way. This was a shock to us as we completely had verified that we'd have at least 20mm of space, including with the radiator and fans attached. Dissapointed, we contacted customer service with Newegg for a return and couldn't have been any happier with having gotten our RMA processed thanks to Darrel.F.Hernandez with Newegg! We appreciate his support as he made sure our RMA process was seamless and even told us stories of his previous builds for our knowledge. I highly recommend Newegg as they always know how to treat their customer base right and provide a high-end part or item."

"I've had an incredibly challenging time with numerous on-line technology sales and their misleading/fraudulent shipping times stated on their sites. This put me in a position that delayed my project by 2 weeks with my client... To place an order with a representative that is beyond PATIENT, listens to the client complaint, provides a solution to the challenge that's cheaper and arrives three times faster than the original order rarely happens... Memo not only accepts my compliments, he uplifts the rest of his team and doesn't take the glory himself and states "we all care about your success" type attitude. This is one of the rare cases of great customer service with a great group to work with. Kudos and keep it up, I'll be spreading the word!!"
