GREAT Service

Azlynn was very helpyful to me when I made the mistake of ordering 2 of the same power supply. She helped me get a hold of the correct company that sold it to me, get the information and what I needed to do to return the product. Azlynn was very kind to me during the whole process and always said words such as; please, thank you, and you're welcome. To me, that is what makes people great to talk to on the phone, is how nice they are, if they are willing to be nice to you on the phone they are nice in person as well. I would personally like to be helped out by Azlynn again the next time I require assistance. As for the item itself and the type of help I requested, I haven't even opened up the package yet, so that was also a plus to any of those who get the wrong product, don't open the original box or hurt it's contents. It will just make returning much harder and potentially impossible. Thank you everyone who read this review and most definitely thank you to Azlynn!!

"I had excellent service from Ryan, he was so professional. He listen to my issues and then made professional choices to solve my problems. Excellent experience

"Troy was amazing! He went above and beyond. My account had been locked for some reason I called and Troy within minutes of us being on the line got everything unlocked! I had purchased a laptop and my billing info was all jumbled and he got every squared away. I told Troy I desperately needed to get my laptop before the weekend so I could Keep up with my studies. He informed me that the shipping I had picked before I might have gotten by Friday if I was lucky but most likely it would have been Monday or Tuesday. He went ahead and hooked me up with two day shipping and expedited processing. I didn’t have my credit card on me at work and told me if I was able to do it at night the first thing he would do in the morning was procces my order and make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Troy!"

"I got a CoolerMaster computer case without the RGB controller. And I tried to turn to the CoolerMaster customer service for help. They just ignored my case after several comments back and forth. But when I called Newegg, they immediately reshipped one RGB controller to me. Very nice service!"

Great service

"I broke a wire from the PC case I bought from this website and called them in to see what they could do and usually they don't replace it if the damaged was caused by the buyer. I was lucky enough to get a friendly representative who had a similar situation as mine and spoke to their supervisor and replaced the entire PC at no charge! I didn't have to pay for shipping or any fees even though it was my fault for the damage. I'm glad to do service with this company even though they have ups and downs and will continue if service is always like this!"
