"Got caught in the info@newegg email issue a few weeks ago and Newegg sent out an email with a $10 promo code. Tried to use it tonight, but the order page told me it was no long valid even though it should be good until Sept 30 at midnight. "I'd ordered and received a pair of Klipsch KF-28 floorstanding speakers. One was pristine, the other damaged. I called Newegg customer service and spoke with Cassandra, who could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I called again for the next two days out of sheer nervousness after having read some less than complimentary reviews...one dealing with the exact same item I had purchased. Andrea, and then Anayeli, both eased my fears on two separate days with confidence, professionalism, and knowledge by letting me know EXACTLY what I had to do to return the damaged speaker and receive the new one...which was nothing. They took care of everything, in half the time they estimated it may take. It took about 3 and a half days from starting the return process to having my new speaker system up and working. I have nothing but the highest praise and the utmost respect for everyone at Newegg who had a hand in making my experience with them painless...and ultimately gratifying.
