"After buying most of the components for my first build I was not completely informed at the time of purchase how the motherboard would only support my processor after a BIOS update. Since I didn't possess the resources to do this myself nor could I return the processor I decided I would have to buy an upgraded Motherboard. It was a relief to have the support that Newegg offers as they took responsibility for not disclosing the information on their website and provided and RMA with no restocking fee. I then transferred to a technical sales rep named A.J. who gave me multiple options to choose a compatible motherboard. He responded to my e-mails by calling me within the same day and was pleasant to deal with. Furthermore he was able to discount my upgraded motherboard purchase which made me happiest of all.
