Great Customer Service.

"I bought a 1080 ti evga hybrid. About 9 days later they had a Promo for Destiny 2 for free, for the same price. I tried reaching out to EVGA with no luck. Tried nvidia twice ZERO LUCK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I also tried new-egg no luck first time, second time was a little better still ok. Finally i spoke with RJ.A.Rosales he literally said no problem saw the problem and just dealt with it . What a relief i didn't want to return it just to buy it again... Thanks alot."

Above and beyond

"I accidentally ordered the wrong ram for my mb... DDR4 instead of DDR3...
The call center agent I spoke with was super friendly and relatable. He had a full understanding of my situation, and pulled through to help me save with NO restocking fees, and a recommendation on the correct ram to order, and WHY.
Given his friendliness and knowledge of computer components, he also went out of his way to recommend what I would benefit most from, given my current setup. Now I feel assured I am on the right track to a strong and long-lasting setup.

"Went through a complicated shipping and return but the guys at Newegg always made sure that there was a way to solve any issue encountered. Newegg customer service is impeccable

"I bought my mobo from the newegg site on ebay and a week later I received my item with a 10$ voucher for my next purchase but thats whats so good about their policies. A week after that the price for my mobo went down about 37$ from 170 to 133 on the original newegg canada site( not the ebay site). I called newegg to see if i can get my price adjusted and while I was on the phone with the rep I was astonished.

As I was searching for my ebay order id the rep said he found my order. I only gave my phone number to the representative and didnt even mention what my Item to be price matched was. After 5mins on hold he said he can give me the price match and saved me a whole 55$.

10/10 would shop Newegg again

"I had a product that I received defective. NewEgg agreed to send me a replacement even though their replacement time period had expired. The replacement was also defective, however, the agent I spoke to the second time (Mandy M.) understood my issue immediately and resolved it by issuing a complete refund with no undue delay. An absolutely excellent customer service experience to finish up an unfortunate product disappointment!"
