Great Customer Service By Gaby. A .

"My experience started off as a nightmare when I first called Customer Service of which I hanged up on the person who was damm rude and Condescending , I called back about half an hour later and spoke to someone who was sending off a questionnaire to another department as nothing else could have been done at that time.
The following morning I called and the person on the other end of the line was Gaby, A . I was ranting and irate all this time Gaby. A. remained calm while listening to my concerns.
Gaby then informed me she was not interested in my experiences with other companies but how she could be of assistance to me with the current matter, at the same time keeping the conversation focused on the matter at hand.
Well after a very long conversation Gaby informed me she could not promise me the result that I wanted but she would speak to the Department to see what can be done of which she would call me in about four hours if I remember correctly to let me know the result of her query whether it was in the negative or the positive. I did receive that call sometime in the afternoon and I was impressed also knowing she relied on the actions of others, I remain skeptical while thinking what a BRILLIANT SKILLED PERSON Gaby was for the company she represented , professional at all times, I cannot sing enough praises to such a well balance person , her professional conduct while taking charge and following through to the end.
The Company / Organisation that Gaby. A works for should pay close attention , and promote such individuals who are assets in any Organisation .
Last but not least . Gaby. A Thank you , Thank You, I can't say it enough .

Fast and friendly customer service. A plus experience.

"Bought a Samsung TV from XYZshop via Newegg. The TVs screen booted up totally black no visible image. Called Newegg and XYZ to get a replacement. Great fast customer service. They worked quickly and friendly to replace the TV same day. Luckily I live in the GTA to help expedite the TV. But fast response and no hassle exchange. Thumbs up to both Newegg and XYZ. "

Misleading Product Description - Laptop With No DVD/CD Reader

"I just received a refurbished laptop (HP Laptop ProBook 640 G1) from Newegg.ca. It looked fine until I went to load software (MS Office) and realized there was no DVD/CD reader. I have purchased many laptops in the past and ALL of them have had the reader. After a lot of negotiations, Newegg.ca still refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing with the best offer being a refund less a 15%/$60 "exception" fee??
I have had good dealings with Newegg in the past but it seems like they are now dumping inferior products on their customers and they know it because they state "replacement only" as their return policy. They will make a little money now jamming up their customers but I am done with them if I have to scrutinize every product description to ensure it includes everything to be basically functional.

"I got on the phone with Troy, I had some issues with a recent return and needed the assistance getting a replacement sent to my. Troy was great and took care of everything and had the item upgraded to express shipping. this is the definition of customer service great job Troy. Don't buy from here. Refurb comp out of the box DOA and terrible customer service

"Decided to buy a computer from New Egg and purchased a refurbished Lenovo and straight out the box it boot loops. This was to be my wife birthday present and now I have nothing. So un impressed to say the least i called in and they said they will exchange it and pay for the return shipping and i said great! The rep says you will get the return shipping label in about 1 hour. 2 hours go by and no return label as i wanted to send this back the same day so i could get it get my replacement shipped out faster I decided to call back and was told it takes up to 24 for a return shipping label. I had asked to speed this up and they said they couldn't. At that point i said forget it i don't want a replacement and i just want my money back. The rep said well theres a restocking fee and the rest will be an credit for new egg only. No refund. Apparently this clearly stated on the site. It wasn't and i even went back on the site to look and found nothing that states this. I will now have to wait for the replacement and hope it works. Won't buy from them ever again or refer them!"

Cheap service quality, bad experience

"They are misleading description of product. I created case and inform first day of delivery, then send them back box. They refuse Refund full, offered cut %15 of full amount illegally.

I push them with Consumer Law examples, they accept full refund. Next day I receive notification email for send me another product as replace without informing me.

I told them, don't send me another one, just send my money back as you confirm.
they lose wrong package on the way, and now not sending money back to me, more than 1 month passed.

they are acting customers as foolish.

"I ordered a refurbished solar keyboard from Newegg.ca Unfortunately on arrival it was not working. To my dismay it was also a keyboard for Mac, not for PC. The only option I had for this keyboard was a replacement. When I called Newegg and talked to Audrey R. she went out of her way to help me and even get me a refund, and a return shipping label. I can't be more pleased with her help.
