"I have buy a lenovo laptop sold and Shipped by Walnut Grove Computers, on Newegg.ca but i had a problem with the shipping address. I called to newEgg, i got Elise.E.Verduzco, who was really sympatic, and efficient. She solved the problem rapidely. She called the seller to cancel to old wrong command so that i was able to do it again with the good shipping address. All of this in 30 min. More of this, her smile in her voice made the transaction more funny than boring! ;-)

"Ordered one product from the website, three weeks later I sent them email that what is the update, no answer received, tracking number received was showing in transit,
On different occasions after very long hold hold phone disconnects, few times spoke to reps every time they tell tell we making a ticket number, fourteen days ago when I spoke to lady , she said we will refund in next 3 business days, stillno refund or response. Till that time it was showing in transit
Will never order from the bad egg ever again. Will not recommend anyone."
