" I had a problem with my new computer tower case (HUGE Corsair model Obsidian 750D) when i built my new PC and most of the components were bought at Newegg. I went to thier webpage on the live Chat and Justin answered my questions proply and even took time to call me by phone directly to make sure he well undertood the situation and to send me as fast as possible a RMA tower case so i can replace all the broken parts i needed from it, wich was extremely uselful and no questions asked, just a excellent service ;-)
I was going to send back the other casing this morning when i saw that i didn't had the UPS shipping label to send it back.. you know, a HUGE casing of 25LB is quite expensive to ship... i went again to the webpage and the Help chatting area, and within a minute, Alvin L., another tech support checked my RMA file and sent me right away a shipping label so i can send back my computer casing as fast as possible... wow.. that's what i call a tech support service to customers... nothing to worry about, caring peoples at help desk and a compagny that is aimed to Customer service and satisfaction... be sure i will recommend all my friend to buy thier computer parts from themm.. and the price is good also! ;-) but most important: the trust into tech support service toward the custumer is a BIG value... AAA+++ for my eggsperience so far!

"They need to work on a consistent experience, but when you get a good agent, it is top quality. With this case, exchanging a very expensive video card due to defect, the agent was very helpful.

"I ordered a phone with an extra handset through Newegg/BidDeal. I was informed by Newegg that the base phone was out of stock and only the extension handset would be shipped which is useless and would need to be returned. Newegg was starting a refund claim for me. After waiting two weeks from the supposed shipping date, the tracking number I was given by Canada Post showed the item still in transit. After a customer service call to Newegg, BidDeal informs me that the item was actually shipped 8 days later with another tracking number. To my surprise when the parcel finally did arrive it was both the phone and the extra handset. If I had been informed that the whole set would just be delayed I would gladly have waited. Instead I purchased another system from a different company. Now I have to return the phone set that I actually wanted.

"I bought a laptop from Newegg and it was defective upon arrival. I contacted them and they told me to send it back. Upon receiving my product they told me that was a manufacture defect and refuse to process my refund and just ship the deffective laptop back to me. I have done a lot of online shopping and never experienced a seller that is so irresponsible to the product they sell!! They should just process my refund and return the defective product to manufacturer themselves. Will never shop with them again and never recommend anyone to shop with them."
