"I bought an ultrawide 3440 by 1440 100hz from Newegg for about 850$. There was one misbehaving pixel, and I returned it. Newegg paid for the shipping and will be sending me a replacement shortly. I was informed that if by chance this second monitor has similar issues, Newegg will do the same thing. Not trying to be a inconsiderate customer, but if you pay for such a monitor, you want it to be perfect.
Newegg understood this idea and made my RMA and exchange process painless. I knew from previous reviews that Newegg had good customer service and that is why I buy products from Newegg. I was not dissapointed and will continue buying from Newegg again.

"Ordered and received 4x Toshiba X300 5TB hard drives. Upon installation 1 of the plastic housings on the SATA port snapped off, one of the plastic housings on the power port snapped off, and one drive just fired up and could not be recognized by my rig at all. The very first of the 4 I purchased, I installed without issue. The other 3 seemed to have super brittle plastic or defective internals.
I was worried that I'd be on the hook and that this would get chalked up to user error and perceived that I somehow bungled the drives with lead hands or something. Man was I wrong, Rob from Newegg was super understanding and sounded almost more bummed than I was that some of stuff they sold was defective. Issued a shipping label and am replacing in kind right away. Thanks for being so understanding!"

"I had recently had some challenges with one part of my order when I decided to build a full new rig. Unfortunately due to an issue with porting in Paypal address information, as well as the Canada Post strike issues, my processor had gone return to sender. I had spoken with someone previously on the phone who was trying to have the order returned to me once it reached the warehouse but, again, unfortunately due to a warehouse error I was not able to receive the same processor.
Once I found out that my original processor order was refunding rather than returning I called customer service and spoke with Eva on the phone. Eva was incredibly helpful, she had great customer service and was entirely empathetic and understanding about the whole process. It's great when you can explain a situation to someone and really feel like someone understands, and really cares about resolving your problem, this was definitely the situation today. Although the processor that I had originally ordered would no longer be able to be shipped out, Eva along with the support of her supervisor Liz were able to find an alternative arrangement which suited my needs perfectly. Given the confusion with the order this could have had a seriously negative impact on my impression of New Egg as this was the first time that I had used the service, I have always bought from local specialty stores in the past, but customer service was certainly able to salvage the experience and I would definitely recommend New Egg for people who are looking to purchase, even if you do run into problems the customer support team will be there to help you through it.
Aside from the great experience I had from a support standpoint I also really love the absolutely massive variety of products that you can find on New Egg for, quite frankly, amazing prices (even prior to sales, which there are an abundance of). The biggest problem with buying at local specialty stores is variety and price, which admittedly is understandable when operating out of brick and mortar locations, neither of these are a problem here.
Overall, my experience with New Egg has been great thus far and I would certainly order again. Lastly, again, a directed thank you to Eva, Liz, and the rest of the support team!"
"I need help in returning an item I have ordered but, have not receive it. I originally did a refund on the order but, the item doesn't seems that it is arriving anytime soon so, I proceeded to contact the return department and Samantha helps me out. She is very professional and understand that to get to them requires patience as the waiting time is really long. Once she was helping me there is a long waiting period that is required as it involves another department's input and Samantha was right there giving me update every few minutes. She doesn't keep in void or wondering if she is still around. Although the wait is long but, she makes it more bearable. Quite happy for her professionalism towards customer service - Way to go.

"I had contacted Newegg because I hadn't received the laptop I had ordered even though it showed on the Purolator website as delivered. I went into the call thinking I would have to pull teeth in order to get a solution and it was the complete opposite! They had an instant fix to my problem and all of my worries were washed away! I was given a refund and ordered a new laptop with them honouring the price I paid originally. Darryl on the phone was amazing, he was knowledgeable, kind and so unbelievable helpful. "I purchased a tracker online. Received receipts telling me it was going to be delivered shortly, etc. Next morning was told my order was cancelled and to deal with China on it. Really?
