"Recently purchased a Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD and been encountering the high pitch noise. Newegg quickly issued an RMA when told about the problem via through live chat. After receiving the HD the problem was not resolve so Newegg offered a return instead of replacement and waived the stocking fee as a curtsey. Very good service."
"I like the prices. The sole reason I decided to try them out.
The rest is been a horrible experience.
First my purchase was divided into two separate orders instead of one. Then the whole thing was divided into three separate packages for shipping and "shipped from two separate places. One from LA, the other from Toronto. Not really a bad thing, but strange.
After one day the packages were still seating waiting to be picked up. So I called Purolator and asked what was the hold up. This is where I got confused. Turns out they don't actually pick it up from warehouse. The package from LA would be "magically" delivered across the border to Richmond, BC where it would finally reach the courier. Until then it is all a mystery (hence "magically"). I didn't even want to ask about the Toronto packages.
I decided to contact Newegg and ask how exactly do they ship packages. After three attempts I haven't heard anything back from them.
It's been two days and the packages are still in Toronto (according to the tracking and the one from LA has finally made it to Seattle. Wow.
All of this to boot to the fact that initially they over charged me by a $100.
I will never shop with them again.
BTW I don't think their e-mail system works at all. Although they are supposed to send information when package is shipped with all the information in the e-mail. I does not get sent. Nor did I receive an e-mail when I attempted to have the info resent to me.

Unfortunately they use UPS for handling their returns. UPS for some reason messed up my shipment and sent it back to me. I contacted Newegg and they gave me an extension on the RMA right away. At this point, however, I can't stand UPS so much that I won't shop at Newegg again until they offer choice with carriers."

I am a customer of Newegg Canada in last 3 years. I have never been disappointed even if I had a dispute with newegg one time. Overall the company is serious, the shipping service is absolutely wonderful and quick. The product range is excellent and varied. The email service is good. The prices are still excellent but not the cheapest on the market. But we must newegg consider that worth the extra few dollars. Their website is easy to use. Follow-up of transport is excellent.
The return proces is correct, not the best of online marchand but correct.
Honestly I can not find anything negative about this company. Maybe since A year it seems to put forward their label Rosewalt which I think is without cheap brand quality. It's what we pay! But that is not in worthwhile. Believe me.
The other small problem, sometimes newegg has incredible deal. But be careful because the rate of RMA super deal on these is very high.

Je suis client chez Newegg canada depuis quelques années. Je n'ai jamais été déçu et ce même si j'ai eu un litige avec eux. Dans l'ensemble cette entreprise est sérieuse, le service de shipping est absolument merveilleux et rapide. Le gamme de produit est excellente et varié. Le service par courriel est bon. Les prix sont toujours excellent sans être les moins chère du marché. Mais on doit considérer que newegg vaut les quelques dollars supplémentaire. Leur site web est facile a utiliser. Leur suivi de transport est excellent.
leur RMA procédure est correct mais pas le meilleur. D'autre marchand sont meilleur et plus simple.

"Newegg.ca has to be one of my personal favourites when it comes to online stores. The interface is good and I can easily find what I need, the selection (While not as great as Newegg.com) is excellent and the customer service experiences I've had have been unbelievable. After doing a non-Newegg RMA with Razer, which involved me shipping a heavy mechanical keyboard across the border at my own expense (About $25 for a $80 keyboard), I was fairly negative about returning stuff from online stores.
Months later, I had my 1 year old Rosewill router die on me after I botched an update of Tomato. I contacted Rosewill (A Newegg brand) and asked if there was anything I could do to fix it... A few short emails later, I had a new router on the way without paying a dime.
While Newegg.ca isn't always the cheapest option, I will gladly pay a few extra dollars because of how easy it is to navigate and find things and how quickly they arrive (2 days if they ship from the Mississauga warehouse!). "
