"At first, I planned to buy a plasma TV from dtvcity.com. They did not have the model in stock. However, the customer service representative I spoke with was so rude that he hanged up on me. I called again to speak to his supervisor to lodge a complaint. This guy also displayed an "I don't care" attitude! You can forget about this store forever.

I turned to OneCall instead. The CSR was friendly and pleasant to speak with; so I placed the order. But this is the only high point. I have not heard or received email from them for four days. Only when I called them twice on consecutive days that they sent me a confirmation email.

I then called their trucking company-- ABF Freight System to schedule a date for delivery. They called me back to confirm the time and date. But this trucking company was hopeless. Nobody turned up on that day and nobody called. When I called them twice later in the day, they promised to locate the drive and call me back. Nobody ever called me back. I called ABF again the next morning. They told me to call their 'marketing partner' instead. The guy at the 'marketing partner' also had a "I don't care" attitude. Only when I threatened to cancel the order that they deliver it to me 15 minutes before the deadline.
You have to believe that customer service ends the second you give out your credit card number."
