"I bought a new Sony SXRD from onecall.com. I was very happy with the whole procedure.
I initially called in to verify the "out the door" price. They provided the price and said if I found it somewhere else for cheaper to give them a call back and they would see what they could do.
I did locate another price elsewhere and they matched it. The TV shipped that night (Tuesday) and I had it by Friday afternoon (WA to CA).
The delivery was made by Fed-Ex freight and the box was flawless. No dings or holes whatsoever.
It was a very simple process and much easier than having to go to a traditional brick and mortar store where they are going to push hard on the extended warranty, Monster cables, etc.
I would have no issues with ordering from them again.

So I set out to find a reputable online store that would provide quality customer service and shipping. Obviously I turned to Resellerratting.com to make my search a bit easier. I found that onecall.com had the highest ratings from previous customers of digital and electronic items so i decided to check their website out. I found the D70s two lens kit competitively priced among other online stores. I looked around a bit more and found all the accessories for the camera that I wanted. I placed my order on the website and today I received all my merchandise as requested. I definitely will be ordering from them again and will refer them to my friends.

I got a couple followup calls from onecall.com yesterday (31 Oct 05) to find out if I got my equipment alright. I mentioned to the reps that I never ever get calls from online vendors asking if everything was in order and asking me how I am doing. I *definitely* will be doing more business with them!

Again OneCall has not let me down! I made one of my largest purchase on a lens (70-200mm VR) and this company delivered with no problems or issues. Shipping cost to Hawaii via FedEx is much lower than other website vendors. BTW, I found the same lens on another vendor's website for $100 less and OneCall honored that price including shipping. AWESOME. I will always be a OneCall customer just as long they keep it up."
"OneCall.com is just one of those companies that makes me want to get up and dance like a little school girl. Lets just say that I don't get that reaction very often from online retailers. OneCall.com not only has a very friendly website, albeit not the easiest to work with when searching for specific camera parts. I ordered a Nikon D70s with lenses. The day my order was supposed to ship I decided that I wanted to change my order so I gave them a call. Unlike some places, they were able to change my order on the fly and have it ship out in just a few hours. Wow. I have to say that I received great phone support and was not pressured to buy anything I didn't want. When I received the package, they bundled the receipt and warranty information into a nice little packet so I wouldn't loose it. This was a wonderful touch and that alone makes them stand out from the croud; I always loose receipts and such. And today, a week later they gave me a phone call just to make sure that everything was working out okay. Another nice touch. When it comes to consumer electronics, OneCall has it pretty much down. Only complains? Their website was in the middle of a redesign and certain things didn't work right, such as order status; but a quick phone call told me all I needed to know without any hold time."

"I ordered a Toshiba DVD Recorder and it was DOA(Dead On Arrival). While speaking to the representative about my options, I was told that shipping charges are not refundable, even if the merchandise is defective. I decided this was not the kind of shopping experience I was looking for and returned the defective item for credit. While I was credited with the merchandise cost, I am still out $20 for the shipping charges. I took it up with my credit card company and they said they could not help on shipping charges. Bottom line is this: unless you are willing to risk paying shipping charges for defective merchandise, buy elsewhere.
Update: A representative called me and will process a credit for the shipping charges. This restores my faith and confidence in the company."
"This is an initial response to what I felt to be one of the most pleasant phone purchases I've ever made. I called OneCall to check pricing, availability, and get warranty info on a Toshiba 52HMX95 DLP TV. My CSR, Ralph was very courteous and knowledgable, not to mention he practically begged for me to call again. He also took a lot of time to explain to me what to expect of the shipping Co. and how to handle any issues that may arise due to the shipping. They gave me the best deal on the TV beating out all other quotes and threw in a 3 yr extended warranty as well. The best price prior to my OneCall was practically the same but came with only a 2yr warranty. Ralph's freindliness and the extra year of warranty sold the TV. I'll update this review after my new TV arrives the next week or the following week.
UPDATE:
My TV set arrived in 7 days just as they said it would. The shipping Co. they use apparently took good care of my TV as it arrived in mint condition. Several times during the process OneCall reps called me at home and on my cell to ask questions, get mroe info, and to update me on things. It doesn't get much better than that. Keep up the good work OneCall. I've gotta go, time to figure out my new HDTV."
