"Onecall.com/Huppin's is a Washington based company that is good but could be so much better.

They really put the onus on the customer to wheel and deal to find the best price from an authorized dealer with in stock merchandise (looks almost like legalese). So the customer has to make a ton of phone calls and know the stock status of retailers across the country to get the best price from them. Onecall.com will usually give you about 10% off MSRP on product unless you have a better price to match. Also they ship everything with a signature required. Which can be a pain sometimes. A company of this size could just give you a good price and keep a customer but they would rather wring every last dollar from you. Not the way I like to do business. If you want better customer service and support at a slightly higher price go Crutchfield. If you want good prices on Sony stuff go Oade.com. Onecall has a good selection and the people are nice enough. Personally, I don't do much business with them.

"First purchase from OneCall and it was first class all the way. Purchase a Canon digital SLR and received it next day but it was defective. They immediately gave me authorization for a return and shipped a new one. Credit card received credit for the return the same day the old one was received back at One Call. Great service each time I spoke with them on the phone."

"Overall, a great online shopping experience, even down to the response time on their live chat service (thanks, Patrick). OneCall had the lowest price I'd seen for a Pentax *ist D with an AF Pentax brand lens, and they had the remote control in stock as well. The package turned up one day early, the equipment was brand new, as advised, and it all worked fine. I had a minor gripe about the packaging, a box (holding the camera body) inside a box of the main shipping box was rattling around a bit but the equipment all works fine, so no biggy. I'll be shopping with OneCall again. Excellent job, OneCall."

"Simply outstanding customer service. Honestly the best to my memory that I have ever received.
The brass tacks:
Ordered a Lcos TV back in Nov. Received it on time and it was damaged although the shipping container looked fine other than a couple scratches here and there. The damage consisted of 2 cracks in the left speaker grill about 3 inches and 6 inches vertically. Called right away and was ready for a fight. To my utter amazement what I received was a "what can we do to make you happy" attitude. Needless to say I was blown away. At that instant little white doves could be seen in the distance, church bells were ringing and my little elfkin friends were dancing about..... OK well maybe the doves, bells, and elves didn't really happen, I was in a very euphoric state. All I know is that this company truly cares about their customers. But wait the story continues...
After agreeing to have it repaired I called around to find them the cheapest repair quote(cause I'm a nice guy. They told me just to pick one that I didn't need to shop around). I finally found a local authorized repair center who went ahead and ordered the part...... 3 months pass... I called back onecall and asked if I could just go with option one and get a store credit. After I canceled the order via the repair place Onecall refunded my CC that day with the amount the repair center quoted it would take to fix. I couldn't believe this no hassle just "I'm sorry Mr. SoNSo this took so long and the inconvenience it has caused you" attitude. Well I hope you enjoyed my review. Its the first review I have ever given and I'm glad that its about a company I so strongly believe in. Hopefully more companies recognize and use Onecall as a template for a successful business.

"Read other good reviews on this company and I can't resist a great deal. Found a Sony 60 inch LCD projection for about the price the locals were selling the 50 inch TV's around here. Placed my order and received a call from them the next day explaining the shipping process. The shipper then called the day after that and made a delivery apointment. The TV showed up exactly on time and it perfect condition. There were clear instructions on what to do if it wasn't, but I didn't need them. Sent in the 100 dollar rebate form and got it back from Onecall today. My friends at work couldn't believe I ordered a TV on the internet, but it was a great experience. Warning: Once you go Hi Def, you'll never go back!"

"Onecall is a wonderful company to work with. This was my first purchase from them. First of all their staff is great. I had a lot of questions before I made my purchase and they spent a lot of time on the phone and answering my emails. Everyone was always friendly and cheerful and more than happy to help. Once I decided on the Nikon D-70 kit, I made my purchase on line. The entire transaction went smoothly. The best thing is the order was processed promptly. I did not expect delivery until wednesday, but it got here Monday morning!! Everything I ordered was in the box, packaged quite nicely I might add. On top of everything else, Onecall had the best prices I could find anywhere. I will definetly shop again at onecall and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Good job onecall, nice people, nice prices and quick delivery. Definetly the best camera store I have ever seen."

"WOW,, to put it mildly I am stunned. OneCall exceeded my expectations from the moment a real person answered the phone when I called to check pricing and availability of a Lumix FZ5K. The person was very friendly, answered all my questions and concerns politely, and said they had the camera in stock. So I asked when it would ship he said today, I asked how long before I get it he said Monday. I asked how much to get it by Friday he said,, are you ready for this,,, $5 !!! Only $5 for Fedex 2nd day shipping!. He did not try to sell me on any accessories just politely asked me if there was anything else I needed and thanked me for my business. So this was Wednesday afternoon and here it is Friday morning and I am looking at my new FZ5! Their website is excellent and the tracking of your purchases they provide is state of the art. OneCall delivered big time! I will definitely order from them in the future, by far the best online experience I have ever had. "
