"I don't like their policy of charging a high restocking fee for returns. There are plenty of other merchants I can go with who don't charge an unfair and high restocking fee.

Also, when trying to make a return, they practice high pressure techniques to try to get you to keep the item. I was told that I would be better off selling the lens to someone rather than returning it.

I was pretty scared, to tell you the truth - ~$3800 shipped (including warranty) - is a nice large number. But - they shipped the TV the same day I ordered it, emailed me, called me to fill me in on what to do if box arrives damaged (it did not, btw).

I got the TV 2 days later in brand-spanking-new condition. It works perfectly. I would gladly do business with Onecall again."

"Took a lot of time checking customer comments of stores carrying the camera I wanted (Panasonic Lumix FMC-FZ20) after I almost bought the camera from a skam company. (If the price is too good to be true, it probably isn't true!) Most of the New York stores had some terrible customer service comments, especially if there was a problem with the order. I was suspicious of the positive comments received by companies since I figured they could somehow submit some responses for themselves to make themselves look good, so I mainly looked at the complaints registered by customers. I ordered my camera from OneCall in Spokane, Washington, which had few or minor complaints. I was very pleased with the sales person I talked to. There was no push to buy "extra" items at inflated prices which I appreciated. The price was actually lower than I was expecting since I got their name off a comparison site listing the companies by price where their price was incorrectly listed. I am very pleased with the camera and other items I ordered. I received everything quickly and even received a follow-up call to see if everything was OK. "
