"First off, when you put in the ad that you qualify for a free item and then the total in my price box jumps up by over $20 after adding the "free" item, that's a rip off. Either it's free or it's not. You are the one who added the coupon code to the free item. I had to go out of the site and redo the order three times to finally get the price back down. If you don't want to give the item free or you only want to honor one discount coupon - say so up front."
