"I order contacts once a year, and I've used OptiContacts for the last few years. This year they slapped on a 10% "processing" fee AFTER the items in teh cart were processed. THis is frustrating and degrades the experience. It is deceptive as well, as this is simply a way to increase the price without putting the price on the product."
