"When I ordered the contacts somehow only the left eye was ordered. The left didn't change only the right eye did. If you would contacted the doctor about the prescription they would of told you that. I contacted the doctor you did not contact the office about the prescription. So I need to order the right eye I called you 1-88 number only to left on hold for over 25 minutes with no one coming to the phone. By law you have to contact the doctor about the prescription. This will absolutely be the last time I order from you I will go back to Contact lens King where I never had this problem I will also be filing a complaint and letting everyone know on the internet."
