"While the price of the contacts I ordered was good, the shipping cost was too high. There is no way it costs them $13 to ship out that lightweight box, but that's what they charged me. Plus, that little processing fee is ridiculous. "

"Overall, so far fine experience. I haven’t actually received the context yet just ordered them. It was annoyed that you did that little bait and switch at the end where you added as $71 processing fee because you had to reduce your prices down just to get us to click to look. Because of the added price, I had to reduce down from getting a year supply to six months and it was difficult on the website to remove the second box for each eye."
