"I have made several purchases with Optics Planet. My experience has been good in the past,but when I made my last order the Bad-**** short throw saftey "a $75 saftey" . When getting it in it was in a clam shell packaging not sealed, I installed the saftey and noticed it was the incorrect one! I know from past experience if you install it it's yours. So I just decided to eat the $25 loss and not try to exchange it. I have exchanged things from Optics Planet and didn't want to go through the process and make the situation worse. I'm not gonna say I will never order again but it will be a while before I do."

Optics planet will ship again but they are slow at processing and shipping out so who knows when it will arrive now. 1 item looks to be out of stock so may hold shipping out even longer. Upon jumping through extra hoops, the next day I get another'your order is on hold'. This has happened with every order and I am not willing to do it again. There is no benefit to having an account with you when you make it so difficult"
