"Optics Planet has the best prices and gear you can find. They carry the top brands and have access to other brands most of the competiton doesn’t. My only gripe is shipping times, but their website does give the buyer an idea of how long shipping will take if the item is not in stock. In my experience, even if the website says a week or more to ship, I’ve always received the item before they said to expect it. It’s a good business practice to under sell and over deliver. And again, for the price savings, I’m willing to wait a little extra. I’ve also had experience with their customer service and I have no complaints. Any issue I’ve had has been resolved to my satisfaction."

"Ordered a product from them. It was out of stock. I didn't realize it was out of stock until after i ordered. So i waited. A few weeks later i got notification the part was on the way. When i received the item it was the wrong part. So two weeks gone and I had to go through the RMA process. Even though it was an error on their part, had to wait two more weeks. 4-5 weeks later finally received the part i wanted. I am still waiting on another part that was part of the same order. Maybe I'll get it eventually and it will be right this time without having to return it. "
"Sopping was fine, easy checkout, good price. Shipping was slow. I live in Texas and ship items fairly often. I can ship anywhere in U.S. in 5 days from time ordered. Optics Planet is using FedEx to ship to post office then to customer, this automatically adds 2 extra days minimum to the delivery schedule. Unless you pay extra for what I know should be standard shipping."

"I have been using Optics Planet more and more over the last 9 months due to them having good prices and always accepting coupon codes. I have yet to have a single complaint or issue with any of my orders or product.
If I had to come up with a single complain their free shipping (which is great) an take a bit long, sometimes as long as a week to get something like a single pistol magazine. With that being said the shipping is free so it's hard to complain so I will just order ahead of time if need be."

They use Fedex which is about the slowest service available but they also take a long time just processing the order. If anyone else has the same item buy from them. If OpticsPlanet is the only game in town use them but be advised it can take a week or more just getting it out the door."
