There has been rour email exchanges through their “customer service” portal and I am still no closer to knowing how I can get my purchase replaced or repaired. I will never purchase from this organisation again and will ensure that I advise people purchasing optics To give them a wide berth. "Ordered items on 9/1/18 solely based on their shipping claims. Nothing happening. Called on 9/5/18 Was given a song and dance about how overloaded they were but order was to be shipped that day. Checked order status 9/6/18 still in process. Called again and party I talked to gave same song and dance. Was on hold for over 20 minutes while they were "checking" on order. Said it would be shipped out immeiately as I informed them I had to have it no later than 9/10/18. Said that they would ship the fastest way possible and I told them that would only be overnight. Got notice order shipped today 9/10/18 and would arrive 9/12/18. Will not be here for order. I refuse to do business with companies the blatently LIE to customers. Do not do business with them."

"I ordered Wiley X Transition Xtractive Prescription Glasses. I did a lot of shopping around and decided to go with these guys.
I had some trouble getting my prism and other unique details about the prescription filled in, but the guy on the phone was super nice and helpful- although I was on hold for a good minute (as to be expected with an online company).
After I made the purchase I got a little nervous when no tracking information and seeing a lot of negative reviews on shipping. I called and the lady on the other end was very nice and said it being a holiday (labor day weekend), shipping might be delayed but the details had already been sent over to Wiley-X.
I was told around 1.5 weeks. It took right at one week longer, but again it was a holiday weekend (which is 3 days) and I ordered the previous Sunday night, so getting bent out of shape over one week is unreasonable on my end.
Both times I experienced roughly 7 minute hold time, but the friendliness of the staff made that totally cool. The glasses are perfect, clear, and work great on my motorcycle and I plan on skydiving with them next weekend. (Wiley-x are great for that).
The tracking information never updated, but it was at my house and all good, so I think that may have been due to some kind of USPS issue, esp. since I was getting an error and I googled website outage map and USPS site was down at that time.
I'm happy with the product.
Like I said I did a lot of shopping around, and they were the only ones that I found that could do wiley-x with a prism in a prescription that were transition xtractive for around $340. After the 10% discount it was roughly 300 bucks which is very reasonable, and they are great.
