"I purchased several items for a shooting sport competition (Run-n-Gun) biathlon like match which requires some unique gear. OpticPlanet.com had the gear and the price was good, so I made several purchases paying through Amazon. Two weeks go by and the gear didn't arrive, I needed to train with it. I called up to find the several orders had an item on backorder, so for each order I asked them to send me the items which they had in stock, which were small items. I had to pay a hefty shipping cost for the price of the item and 3 weeks after the order it still is not here. So I am not very excited about using OpticsPlanet anymore. Next time I go with the other guys, there prices are the same with sales and they will deliver when promised, not so sure about OpticsPlanet."
"Very happy with my experience with Optics Planet. However, there was just one minor issue. I ordered a lower parts kit for an ar15, and it had a few springs missing. Customer service EVENTUALLY got us to the missing parts kit, but only after several emails and a week and a half of waiting. I ended up just ordering the needed parts separately, as they were cheap.
However, I have generally been happy ordering from optics planet, as they have good sales, coupons, and free shipping!

Have to wait 14 days from "movement date" before a claim can be started.
Definitely do not order anything time sensitive and try to plan your orders 30 days in advance.
