Great customer Service

"I ordered a set of medium height Leupold Mark 4 rings only to discover that I needed a set of high rings. My mistake, but I received a prepaid shipping label and fast return on the product that I needed.
The rings are of excellent quality and I will purchase another pair when needed for another rifle. I will continue to shop with OpticsPlanet.

"I buy different products from Opticsplanet ranging from gun cases, optics, accessories, etc. I feel that Opticsplanet has a good selection of products, prices and fast delivery. They also seem to have recently released products in stock at most times. I will definitely buy from them again."

"The carrier who transported my scope, took no care with handling. Scopes should be packed more defensively. The time it takes to get your replacement purchase could be improved. "

Love my Upper, hated the service

"I ordered this complete upper and am super satisfied with the quality from Aero Precision, but I can’t say the same about OpticsPlanet. I ordered it and then a few days later received an email from them saying it would be about 21-32 days to ship. Meanwhile I waited about 35/36 days to receive an email from them saying it shipped and nothing. They took out my money that next day or so and then I waited about 4 days to see if they were gonna email me saying it shipped and nothing. Then I decided to email them and then a day or two later they responded to my email saying it already shipped and gave me the tracking number. I proceeded to tell them that it would have been nice to let me know they were taking money out of my account and shipping my upper. They started arguing and making up lies saying they had given me that information. "
