Excellent Service

"Had to return a Galco belt. Originally ordered a size 38 which was the size of another Galco belt I had that fit. The one I ordered was too small so I returned it to Optics Planet using the shipping label they provided and re-ordered the same belt in size 40. Optics Planet folks processed my order and sent me another Galco belt in the size 40 that I had specificed. No muss, no fuss!

"Clearly a lot of options and prices are fair , my only complaint is that it took along time to ship and arrive to my location . USPS could have it here in three days for less than what it cost for shipping (small package) ."

On Sunday night before the 4th I miss ordered a part

"Monday I told SAM it was wrong, before it even was pulled. I ordered the correct part. Sam let the wrong part go there but billed me again for the correct part. I or the range will no longer purchase from you."

Can't return scope after mounting?

"Might as well not have a return policy. how do i know if anything is wrong until I mount it? Also, the Nikon scope stripped a turret rather easily, and they had no spare parts. No perhaps that's on Nikon, not certain. but the overall experience has not been good. The price was great which is why this is a three star and not two star review."
