"I, just a few minutes ago, received my order of 500 business cards and I was disappointed with the color when I saw them. The "Black" is washed out bordering on dark grey and the small splash of orange is yellow. The original card was made on a PC with an ink-jet printer and the black is really black and the orange is orange. I scanned the card and got a .jpg image which is what I downloaded to Overnight Prints - it took a number of tries to get the image to fit the box on the order form, but I eventually got it the right size. When trying to pay the web site said I could use Discover Card, but the order form would not take it - so my Visa worked. The information on the card is correct, so I will use them, but I am not likely to re-order. "

"I was happy when my cards arrived, but then sad to see that about 60 out of 250 cards were damaged in shipping. This problem could be prevented if Overnight prints used a bit more packing material. The 250 cards were placed snuggly into a slightly larger-than-the-cards box, and shipped with no padding around the cards or without the first box being placed inside another larger box. Without any padding, the corners of the cards were being bent each time the corner of the box hit something in transit. I contacted the company and the store credit/re-printing options they gave me were okay. I can either get the 60 cards reprinted or get approximately $7.50 off of my next order with them. I think I am going to go with the re-print option as long as I do not have to pay anything, not even shipping costs. "
"I was so excited to find this company then disappointed once cards arrived. I ordered 5 sets of cards. Text was not very crisp and looked somewhat pixelated on the cards even though I paid the extra $5 for them to be double checked for quality."
"Short and sweet. We ordered 100 sample booklets. They came printed at a noticeable angle with white edges in many places that should have been full bleed. Contacted customer support. Got the run around and an offer of $13 for the 'inconvenience'. We asked that they simply reprint the order, they refused stating that the error was because of the file. ******Our usual vendor printed the same file with no errors. The booklets came out straight with bleed in the right places**** Overnight Prints refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility for their printing error and we have refused to do any further business with them. The pricing was significantly less than what we normally pay, so we got what we paid for in quality. Unusable garbage. If you have better luck with their services, good for you. This was our first and last experience. "
"I ordered and paid for an overnight brochure shipment from Overnight Prints. The shipment arrived the next afternoon however they printed..sideways on an oversized paper. I took pictures, emailed, enquired by chat online about my email , emailed again, and finally called to get a live person to check and see if they had ever received the email. I was on hold for about 5 minutes when the representative returned to let me know they would reprint and send overnight again (although that was two days out from the BITGIT I had paid for.) The brochures arrived but this time the print saturation was way off and everything looked faded. I was already late with the brochures so I settled. : / "

"We needed a series of prints for a convention and asked for expedited service, which we got. But the next day upon reviewing my master file I saw a stupid mistake on our part. I immediately contacted Overnight Prints to see if the order had printed - they were right in the process of our job. They stopped work, and let us resubmit, though with a fair charge for the change. The work was superb, and the customer service personal and helpful. I'll using them again...but I hope I won't be submitting the wrong files next time. :-)"
"There was a misprint on the back of my card that was not caught by your Quality control person that I paid an extra $1 for . There should not have been an apostrophe on Lambs
on the back of the business card at the bottom where it says:
When you can't be there,
Lambs can.
I still will use Overnight Prints in the future. This was an easy mistake to miss. I also missed the mistake on my side."
