"I've ordered from Overnight Prints in the past for all our previous business card needs and after the last couple orders we've decided to search for a new printing company. It seems like their quality has decreased significantly over the recent years.

We ordered business cards with rounded corners and while the corners are rounded they are not uniform and it looks as if they rounded the corners with a belt sander. The edges of our business cards weren't cut straight either. The digital proof also looks different than the delivered cards.

Overall I'm very dissatisfied with their quality control."

When I did a Google search for quick business card printing & found Overnight Prints I expected to be able to get them quickly & I could have if I wanted to pay a ridiculous price for shipping. I opted for the lower shipping cost ($6.75). I placed my order for 500 cards on 6/20, they were shipped on 6/21 but I didn't receive them until 6/29. "

"I ordered some business cards. Shipping was really expensive, first of all, to order a small amount of cards and have them at my house after three business days.

I ordered cards with rounded corners and "soft touch" finish. The cards I received had very poorly-rounded corners, and the laminate coating that gave the "soft" feel was peeling off the edges of the cards. Overnight Prints graciously offered to re-print them, and this time, the corners were much better. However, the laminate finish still peels off. It helps to run the blow dryer around the edges, but this is time-consuming. Not the best experience overall. "

"I think the shipping problems I experienced could have been resolved more quickly with better communication between the vendor and their shipping company. Hoping a lesson was learned. Not perfect vertical registering as images lean on lower edge on small labels but overall quality is good."
