"I ordered an ASUS Rt-N66U online with PC Nation on 1/29/12 and when I ordered on their site it said "In Stock" with Free 3 day shipping. I even called 1/30/12 (Monday morning) to confirm that it would be going out and I spoke to a woman that put me on hold, came back and said that in fact it was shipping out that day. 3 days later no product, when I called "customer service" if you can call it that, they gave me a bunch of crap about how it was limited stock and that I needed to call to confirm the order first before placing the order. LOL! There is NO such notice on the website and they just want your money first, then play games afterwards. I will NEVER order from this company again and am going to spend the rest of my day reposting this review on EVERY site I can to cost them as many customers as I can. Lie to your customers, we have ways to cost you customers in return. The power of the internet review process, dont underestimate it PC Nation!! You guys are not a reputable retail outfit and I will do what I can to divert business to other retailers and save people the hassle of dealing with CROOKS LIKE YOU!!!!!"

"Very poor customer service. I ordered a product but five days later it was still in the "warehouse" even though they gave me 3-5 days free shipping. It was only after I called and asked why it is still in the "warehouse" that they informed me it was out of stock and didn't think they would get any more in. They wasted five days of my time and delayed getting the product we needed as soon as possible. No more ordering from them."

"PCNation indicated that item was in stock via Amazon storefront and was one of about 4 different sellers with item. After my order was placed I received no communication from PCNation that my order had been processed, shipped, or otherwise. After becoming curious on the status 2 days later I sent am email through Amazon requesting an updated. The response I received several hours later indicated that the item was actually NOT in stock and was on back-order. The email apologized for my inconvenience, but it appears that PCNation was happy to keep me uninformed and would deliver my item when they could get it.

Poor customer service is only reflected when service actually needs to be rendered. I received service only after contacting them.

Order was cancelled and placed with another vendor that doesn't misrepresent items as in-stock.

"I'm typically skeptical of online reviews, so I rarely, if ever, write them. I've shopped at PCNation multiple times due to their great pricing.
What compelled me to write this review is my latest purchase of printers for my business. Not only was their price far less than anywhere else (including my local electronic deep discounter) -the delivery was insanely fast. With the free shipping I expected the to receive it in a week or so (I expected the cheapest and slowest method)--it's the next day and not only has the printer arrived, but I've already installed it and used it.
Since I run a small business I'm very appreciative of not only when things go well, but when they go much better than expected. Thanks PCNation-I wish more of my vendors were as good as you.

"I ordered a garmin gps from this site. I didn't receive a confirmation email. When I checked the site it said the item was backordered and there was no method to cancel the order. This was never mention at the time of order, in fact it gave an expected delivery date with their free 3 day shipping. I've sent emails (yet to hear anything) and I've closed out the citibank virtual card number. These are a bunch of CROOKS. AVOID!!!"

"Could not be more pleased with the service from PCNation. Price
was great, and delivery on time when promised. The price of the GPS that I ordered actually dropped in price the day after I ordered it, and so they honored the lower price. I would highly recommend them.

"PCNation had the best internet price on the Garmin Etrex 20 GPS and showed "in stock" so I ordered one. Three days later, my invoice showed "back order" status, yet their website was still listing the item "in stock". Without knowing when I would receive it, I cancelled my order, and ordered from Amazon."

"PC Nation helped me cancel an Amazon order that was not going to reach me in time for our company Christmas party. They found the product I needed and arranged overnight delivery at the very last minute for me and I got my delivery just in time. They were so helpful, knew exactly what to do and everything they promised they carried through on. To me PC NAtion is what customer service is all about. I will use PC Nation again for all my electronic gift giving. Marge A."

"I have to admit that I was skeptical about PCNation after I read the reviews here. Especially when I got the confirmation email. However the price was so good on the GPS that I decided to take a chance. It seemed that the reviews were either very good or very bad so I hoped for the very good side. I got it!! Very happy with the price and prompt service! No doubt I would order from them again. I order the device on monday and had it on wednesday. If I had been home it would have been wednesday morning."

"I ordered a Planar monitor from them with a FEDEX 3-day shipping option, and today, "12 days later" I have not received. I sent an email to them (PCNATION) and all they had to say was: Thanks for shopping with us, have a nice day. Did not say I'm sorry, we'll try harder next time, etc. This was my first "and last" purchased from them. "

"ordered the 18th of Dec. Sunday, delivered 21st, in time to wrap and sneak under the tree. My wife has always been directionally challenged, so a last minute thought would be to get a good GPS to carry and have mounted in her car. After exploring the top 10 in consumer reports, I went online and found the best price on the exact one recommended, with free 3 day shipping. When it showed early today, I felt compelled to write a positive review about PCNation. Very satisfied customer!"

"I placed this order over weekend. No indication this item was not in stock.
Received a message to contact them several days later. Did so after 30 minutes on hold. Went through some kind of "first time customer confirmation" rigmarole. Confirmed order and shipment days.
After phone service closed down received notice that the order was cancelled.
Called today, waited on hold again for 15 minutes. Rep said yes sorry order cancelled. No idea why the first guy didn't tell me. Now I am out a Christmas present because of their crappy service.
Oh and they charged my credit card.
Scam.

"Without a doubt the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. Nothing but problems. First my order was placed on hold simply because it was my first order and had to be confirmed through a business e-mail. Their confirmation process did not work so it took me two additional calls to get my order confirmed.

Even after this process, it took two days (the day the product was supposed to arrive) for them to let me know that it was out of stock. It ended up costing me an additional $120 between shipping and sourcing the products from two other companies.

The customer service representative that I spoke with to resolve the issue made no attempt to do fix the situation.

Don't try to save a few bucks with these guys. You will lose in the long run. I'd hate to have to deal with their RMA process.
