"I had never heard of PC Nation until I was looking for a specific camera that had been released but was unavailable as far as I could tell.I shop exclusively on the internet but my usual sources were noncommittal about availability so I Goggled the camera and PCNation was one of my choices.I am eternally grateful.They are,in my opinion,the gold standard of customer service.If Chris ,with whom I spoke,is the norm they are wonderful.He not only helped with information,promised a possible time for me to get the product but did it with patience and humor.When they did receive my camera he called to tell me it was shipped even though a form email was on the way.So seldom do you get really personal service I think they should be commended.

However, this time we needed to contact Customer Service because we'd mistakenly neglected to obtain an instant rebate (we were exhausted when placing an order late at night). The person I spoke to in Customer Service was very pleasant and he had me send an e-mail to the manager. Within a short amount of time, the manager took care of the problem - and he then sent me an *extremely* nice e-mail, which was really "above and beyond the call of duty".

I sometimes feel like I spend half my life contending with companies who have unpleasant Customer Service personnel, so PCNation's superb service was particularly wonderful. We're very impressed and grateful!"

"I received the item purchased (a Netgear Readynas NV+) relatively quickly. The device did not work properly. I do realize that this is not the fault of PCNation, or Amazon, however, the RMA process for this company is horrible. It takes up to 72 hours to get an RMA number.

"This company is horrible. Stay away! I ordered a printer and it arrived defective. They refused to take it back until they sent a technician to assess the printer, who acknoweldged it was defective. They took it back as long as I paid the $60 UPS fee. I have never encountered a company who took no responsiblity for shipping a defective product."
