"I specifically ordered from these guys since they were offering 3 day free shipping. I put my order in online and selected the free shipping option. After placing my order they sent out a confirmation email. This email required me to login to their website to see my invoice. However, since they had made a mistake with my account, I could not log in and double check my order. I ordered after hours (on a holiday weekend), so I could not call in and get my log in corrected. My item arrived while I was out of town and the item is fine. However, I called back a week later to get my log in corrected. I needed to print my invoice in order to get a rebate. When I was finally able to see my invoice, I see that I was charged $11.90 for express shipping. I know quite well that I did not select this option and they refused to refund the charge. What a rip off!!!"

"I called PC Nation on June 3rd, around 9:30AM and ordered a Garmin Nuvi GPS 1390T. The price was excellant and included free 3 day shipping. On Saturday June 5th at 12PM My order was delivered.The GPS was well packaged,and exactly what I had ordered. What I liked was the fact I could track my order from the time it was shipped until it arrived at my door. PC Nation follows thru on your orders and there Customer Service Dept. is courteous and very helpfull. Would definately make further purchases from them!"

"Beware that "Free 3-Day Delivery" doesn't necessarily mean regular FedEx or UPS. Why does this matter? Because they send every package "Direct Signature Required" and if you work you may end up having to drive to some seedy industrial park an hour away to pick up your box.
The extra hassle is SO not worth the $10 I saved."

When I told the C.S. rep. that the email I recieved didn't request I did so he overnighted my Canon Speedlite 430EXII that same day. FedEx delivered it to the wrong house and again with the C.S. rep from PCNation FedEx redelivered it that night, this time to me."
"Order was not actually placed until PCNation could verify via my HOME phone. Called from my cell to verify but that would not do. Since I was out of town when I placed the order, it was never processed until I arrived home. When the order finally was processed, the 3 day free FedEx dedlivery was late. A bit of a hassel. "I placed 3 orders for memory from PCNation in a 3 day time span. The orders were for server memory.
I received the 3 orders a week or so later. Two of the orders proved that the memory was correct. The last order contained memory for a couple of servers which both take differing memory.
All memory part numbers in the final shipment were identical and none were correct for either server nor did they match any number on the invoice.
I then requested an RMA to return the memory and was told that it would be several days before they could provide an RMA. I finally received an RMA a little over a week later. We sent the memory back directly and I assumed that all was taken care of.
3-1/2 weeks later I received a notice from PCNation that they had received the return and were "reviewing" it.
I received a box today with the memory I sent off to PCNation for the refund with a denial of refund as the time from initial purchase had exceeded 90/45 days.
We are now out $360 and I have memory I cannot use.
PCNation will be getting no more business from this sysadmin! "

"This was the worst online experience I have ever had. They advertised the HP 5310m with an operating system of Windows 7. When I received it, it had Windows XP loaded. I called the sales department and they lied to me saying that it should have Windows XP when clearly on the website it stated Windows 7. They directed me to websites that were of NO help and in the end, offered to sell me Windows 7 at a discounted price. The absolute audacity of the customer service person floored me. Why would I pay for a product I already purchased?"
